Stereophonics at Finsbury Park: start time, tickets, potential setlist and what you need to know for London show
'Phonics fans, rejoice! The Welsh rockers are bringing their massive back catalogue of bangers to north London this Friday as part of their 'Stadium Anthems' tour – truly the most exactly-what-it-says-on-the-tin name we've heard for a while. Whether you're popping along as a diehard fan or just someone who really loves 'Have a Nice Day', here's everything you need to know ahead of the Finsbury Park show. When are Stereophonics playing London's Finsbury Park? Stereophonics are performing at Finsbury Park this Friday, July 4 as part of their ongoing 2025 UK tour. This is their only London stop and it promises to be a big one – the band's first major outdoor headline show in the capital since their 2019 performance at Hyde Park. What time do doors open? Doors will open at 3pm, giving you plenty of time to get a drink and nab a good spot. What time will Stereophonics come on stage? Stage times haven't been officially confirmed, but based on previous shows, expect Stereophonics to hit the stage around 8.20pm. Festival map Here's an idea of how Finsbury Park will be laid out for the event. You can expect the usual festival layout, with multiple food and drink stalls, toilet areas, water points and accessible areas for those who need them. Who's supporting Stereophonics? Getting the crowd nice and warm before the main event will be indie favourites Blossoms, as well as Middlesbrough-born singer-songwriter Finn Forster. Again, set times haven't been officially announced - but based on previous gigs, the running order will likely look something like this: Finn Forster – 5.20pm Blossoms – 6.30pm Setlist While setlists can vary, the band have been playing a consistent mix of fan favourites and deeper cuts throughout the tour. Here's what they've been performing recently: Vegas Two Times I Wanna Get Lost With You Do Ya Feel My Love Have a Nice Day There's Always Gonna Be Something Just Looking Pick a Part That's New Superman Geronimo Graffiti on the Train Maybe Tomorrow Handbags and Gladrags All in One Night I Wouldn't Believe Your Radio Make It on Your Own Traffic Mr and Mrs Smith Fly Like an Eagle Mr. Writer Local Boy in the Photograph C'est la vie Encore: The Bartender and the Thief Dakota Can you still get tickets? The show is officially sold out, but it seems like there's a limited number of verified resale tickets still available on Ticketmaster, starting at around £49. Move fast if you're planning a last-minute trip down memory lane. What's Finsbury Park's bag policy? Leave your massive rucksack at home. Only small bags (A4 size: W21cm x H30cm x D8cm) are allowed into the site. There are no cloakroom or storage facilities for larger bags (though there's safe storage for smaller ones), and anything left outside will be disposed of. All bags will be searched on entry, and you're also likely to be subject to pat-downs and metal detector checks. Banned items To speed up security checks and avoid having your stuff binned, here's what not to bring: Alcohol Glass bottles Any drinks (you can bring empty bottles to fill inside) Large umbrellas (you won't need them, I promise) Professional cameras or audio equipment Items that could be considered weapons Unrecognisable medication (unless you have a prescription or doctor's note) You can bring: Snacks for personal consumption Empty plastic bottles or metal water bottles Personal (non-pro camera) photography gear Medication with proof of prescription A cheery disposition Weather Forecast This mini heatwave we're all complaining about looks set to continue, with the Met Office and BBC predicting highs of 27C. Pack your SPF, a cap, and of course your Handbags and Gladrags.

Stay tuned for upcoming music festivals
From rock music to EDM, festivals are gearing up for warmer weather It's still chilly outside, but music festivals to warm us up in the spring and early summer are being announced one by one. With a lineup centered around popular artists and a variety of travel-themed events, the festival Have a Nice Day is set to delight music fans in April. This year's Have a Nice Day will take place April 12-13 at Sangsang Platform in Jung-gu, Incheon. A unique space, Sangsang Platform was once Korea's first grain warehouse, but was reborn as a cultural complex where the past and present coexist. The festival has previously transformed the venue with an airport theme, sparking curiosity about how Sangsang Platform will be reimagined this year. The first lineup features 14 acts, ranging from festival favorites to rising music chart-toppers. On April 12, the lineup includes Melomance, Paul Kim and Owalloil, while on April 13, 10CM, Hong Isaac, So Soo-bin and Soran will take the stage. A further lineup will be announced on March 6. The world's largest EDM festival, Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), which started in Los Angeles in 1997, is returning to Korea for the first time in six years. 2025 EDC Korea will be held April 25-26 at Inspire Resort, Incheon. Hosted by One Pulse Group, this year's festival boasts an impressive lineup of 67 acts, including 42 international artists and 25 domestic ones. The lineup features world-class DJs, including Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, Skrillex, Peggy Gou and Illenium, all leading figures in the global EDM scene. Also performing will be 25 domestic artists such as 2Spade, 5STA and Advanced. In addition to the lineup of top-tier DJs, EDC is reportedly planning to collaborate with local Korean sculptors to create unique themed spaces that showcase Korean culture. The festival aims to offer a visually captivating experience with a variety of themed zones that highlight Korea's distinct character. 2025 Lovesome Festival has also unveiled its first lineup of eight artists. The festival will take place April 26-27 at Nanji Hangang Park in Seoul. On April 26, singer-songwriters 10CM, Hong Isaac, Han Ro Ro and rising artist Kim Soo-young will perform. On April 27, a band-centric lineup awaits, featuring Lee Seung-yoon, known for his passionate performances and deep lyrics, along with Daybreak, the talented rock band Touched, and The Solutions, pioneers of future pop through their unique blend of genres. The Lovesome Festival has been held every spring since 2019, presenting a distinctive concept of a musical picnic combined with literature. Each year, a special book is selected to enhance this experience. This year, the main theme book is 'Van Gogh: Soul Letters,' which explores the life of the legendary painter. Korea's largest EDM event, the World DJ Festival, is set to deliver a spectacular show this year. The World DJ Festival 2025 will be held June 14-15 at Seoul Land in Gwacheon. This year's festival will feature top global DJs, including Matteo Milleri, who recently shot to stardom with his performance at the Sphere in Las Vegas, along with DJ Snake, Alesso, Dubvision and Alan Walker. Anyma, known for delivering surreal experiences that blur the line between reality and the digital world, will also present a shocking performance. Additionally, in June, the festival will make its debut overseas, hosting an event at Makuhari Messe in Japan, marking the first time a Korean EDM festival brand has been exported abroad. EDM festivals in Korea typically import lineups and stage settings from overseas, but the World DJ Festival is breaking with the trend by expanding internationally.
