I'm not paying full price for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate — neither should YOU

TL;DR: New and existing users in the US and Canada can get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $16.99 per month instead of $19.99 — Stackable up to three months and are selling out fast! I'm not usually one to plan ahead when it comes to gaming, but this time, I did. Microsoft charges $19.99 a month for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and I wasn't about to keep getting hit with that charge every 30 days. So when I saw these $16.99 codes that stack up to three months, I grabbed them. Easy win. If you've got an Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, or just a decent PC, this membership covers you. It gives you access to over 500 games, including day-one releases. I've already started Starfield and Hellblade II, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is next on deck. No need to wait, no extra purchases. You also get EA Play included, which means full access to games like Madden, Battlefield, The Sims, and other titles I used to love, but had forgotten about. There are member perks, in-game rewards, and even discounts, not to mention cloud gaming if you want to fire up a quick session on your phone or laptop during a break. These codes are digital, work for both new and existing users, and they're only good in the US and Canada. Based on how fast they've sold out before, I wouldn't sit on it too long. Get up to 3 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate now before these sell out! StackSocial prices subject to change.

'Senua's Saga: Hellblade II' Enhanced Edition Finally Brings 60FPS Mode To Consoles In Aug
Ninja Theory's cinematic action-adventure sequel, Senua's Saga: Hellblade II , is getting an enhanced edition on 12 August, finally bringing a 60fps performance mode to consoles, alongside its debut on the PS5. As announced via Xbox Wire, the game's enhanced version will come as a free update for current owners of the game across Xbox Series X|S and PC, adding a much-requested performance mode optimised for 60fps (although this feature won't be available on the Xbox Series S), as the game originally launched on consoles at a locked 30fps. Other new features include the return of the Dark Rot Challenge mode, a permadeath feature returning from the original 2017 title, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice , which saw the Dark Rot grow on Senua's arm each time she dies, culminating in a permanent game over upon enough deaths. The update will also enhance the game's photo mode with additional tools, alongside including some behind-the-scenes developer commentary. The PS5 version of Senua's Saga: Hellblade II Enhanced will include all the additions mentioned above, alongside haptic feedback support for the console's DualSense controllers. The PS5 version of Senua's Saga: Hellblade II Enhanced will arrive in two editions: A standard edition priced at S$71.90, which includes the base game and all its additional features, and a S$89.90 deluxe edition, which includes the base game, its original soundtrack, and an updated PS5 version of Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice . Those who purchased the original 2017 game on the PS4 will also be able to upgrade it to the PS5 version for free. Senua's Saga: Hellblade II Enhanced will be released on 12 August 2025 for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Hellblade II is the latest Xbox game coming to PS5 this summer
Microsoft's Ninja Theory studio is bringing Senua's Saga: Hellblade II to the PS5 'this summer.' Set in a dark ninth-century Iceland, Hellblade II originally debuted on Xbox Series S / X and PC last year, and it's now making its way to Sony's console just over a year later. Hellblade II is the latest Xbox game to make its way to PS5 this year, with Microsoft bringing Forza Horizon 5 to Sony's rival console soon, alongside Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition and the Age of Mythology: Retold release on PS5 in March. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle also arrived on PS5 this spring, with Doom: The Dark Ages following on May 15th. The original Gears of War is also coming to PS5 in August as a remastered version, and Microsoft also released its Oblivion remaster on PS5 recently. Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is coming to PlayStation 5 this summer with some exciting new features. These features will also be available at the same time as a free update for players on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC and Steam. We look forward to sharing more details soon. — Ninja Theory (@NinjaTheory) May 21, 2025 The original Hellblade was a timed console exclusive for the PS4 in 2017, before it arrived on Xbox One the following year. Hellblade II is part of Microsoft's wave of Project Latitude titles, which see the software giant evolving the Xbox platform to bring more games to rival platforms. I revealed last year that Hellblade II was under consideration for a PS5 release, alongside other titles like Gears of War, Halo: Combat Evolved, and Microsoft Flight Simulator. Microsoft is also working on some Xbox ports for Nintendo's Switch 2, which I expect we'll hear about soon.

Yet another prestigious Xbox exclusive is coming to PS5
The award-winning Xbox exclusive Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is branching out and coming to PlayStation 5 this summer. Developed by Ninja Theory, Hellblade II picks up after the first game, following the titular character into a richly detailed world of Viking myth and lore. Dom Matthews, studio head at Ninja Theory, announced the news today via a YouTube video. 'Today, on the one-year anniversary of the release of Senua's Sage: Hellblade II, we're excited to share some news with you on the game,' he says. 'We're so happy to tell you, our fans, that Hellblade II will be coming to PlayStation 5 this summer. This version of the game will include some new features that will also come to Xbox and PC at the same time as an update.' Recommended Videos The original Hellblade was available on PlayStation 4, but Xbox acquired Ninja Theory in 2018. The sequel was slated as an Xbox exclusive, but the studio says it is pleased to bring its PlayStation fans back to Senua's ongoing story. Ninja Theory didn't specify what the enhanced features would include, but don't worry. They're coming to existing platforms as part of an update with the launch of the PlayStation 5 version of the game. Both Hellblade games have positioned themselves amid a brutal world and used that setting to explore mental health. Rather than focusing on over-the-top gameplay, Hellblade II takes a more narrative approach and tells a tightly-focused story in roughly seven hours or so of playtime. The title's focus on narrative won it a nomination for Best Narrative and Games for Impact at The Game Awards, and it brought home the prize for Best Audio Design and Best Performance by its lead voice artist. Use of binaural audio means different sounds play in different ears, and the quiet whispers of voices that aren't there, combined with Senua's sometimes ragged breathing, make the series one of the best depictions of serious mental health issues ever seen in video games.
