Oasis Reunion at Heaton Park in Manchester: start time, tickets, potential setlist and what you need to know
Oasis' 2025 summer reunion tour is, for many Brits, the year's most hotly anticipated event – and it's already underway. The Gallagher brothers got back together last Friday and Saturday for their first reunion shows in Cardiff and delivered two spectacular shows that were worth every bit of the hype, with top-notch performances and setlists packed with hits not heard for decades. Over 900,000 tickets have been sold for the brothers' UK shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London and Edinburgh, where they'll play some of the country's grandest, most legendary arenas. Nowhere, however, is the Oasis hype quite like it is in Manchester. The Gallaghers' shows at Heaton Park aren't just more tour stops: these are homecoming dates at a venue that has a special place in the band's history. Oasis played three nights at Heaton Park back in 2009 and this time they've upped the ante, lining up five dates. Weather forecast The Gallagher brothers' reunion gigs in Manchester are taking place over nine days, so naturally there'll be wide variation in the weather. The opening weekend, however, is looking excellent. For the first two gigs (July 11-12), here's the forecast: Friday July 11 – the weather this Friday is looking fantastic. With highs of 27C and lows of 22C, the Met Office doesn't reckon Oasis' first Manchester show will get any rain. Oasis' Heaton Park setlist and fan-favourites which won't be performed
Oasis are set to headline Heaton Park this weekend, their first hometown show since 2009, and the legendary band are back, better than ever, with an incredible setlist Oasis' first show at Heaton Park is just days away now, with excitement building across the North West. The band haven't performed in their hometown since June 2009, and some believed it would never happen again due to Liam and Noel Gallagher's feud, which has lasted well over a decade. Last week, the group performed two sold-out shows at Cardiff's Principality Stadium, opening the Oasis Live'25 tour which is set to hit cities including Manchester, Edinburgh, London and Dublin before going across the world. But as the first date nears, fans will no doubt be creating playlists of their favourite songs. Now, it can be revealed what the band will be performing and songs that they have chosen not to include on their setlist, despite some being fan favourites. However, it's guaranteed that those in attendance will not be disappointed, as some might say that dozens of their big tracks have rightly made the cut. Oasis first take to the stage on Friday, July 11 and again on Saturday, July 12. But they'll have a short break before returning on July 16, 19 and 20. Here's the setlist that fans can expect to hear on the night, and it's definitely (maybe) going to be supersonic. (Walk out) F***in' in the Bushes Hello Acquiesce Morning Glory Some Might Say Bring It On Down Cigarettes & Alcohol Fade Away Supersonic Roll With It Talk Tonight Half The World Away Little By Little D'You Know What I Mean Stand By Me Cast No Shadow Whatever Live ForeverRock 'n' Roll Star Encore The Masterplan Don't Look Back In Anger Wonderwall Champagne Supernova But while the setlist is the stuff of dreams, some fans have expressed their disappointment that not all of their bangers have made the cut. Taking to Facebook, one fan said: "No Shakermaker, Columbia, All Around the World, Go Let It Out, Who Feels Love, Hindu Times, Turn Up the Sun, Lyla and Let There Be Love." A second penned: "Stop Crying Your Heart Out, bit of a miss but can't have 'em all." "Would like to hear Keep the Dream Alive, Lyla, She's Electric," commented a third. Another went on to say: "Disappointed that Stop Crying Your Heart Out and All Around The World' aren't included. Otherwise, sounds amazing!" Meanwhile, a fifth typed: "Great set list but would be more awesome if they had included Don't Go Away and Stop Crying Your Heart Out." viagogo and resale tickets Sites such as viagogo, Stubhub, and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that ticket conditions often prohibit resale after initial purchase. Those tickets may not be valid for admittance to gigs. Fans intending to buy tickets for live events through resale websites should check the ticket terms and conditions, to confirm whether resale is prohibited, before they buy. Ticket terms and conditions can be checked with the original seller, such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation. If resale is prohibited, tickets bought second-hand could be voided and admission to the event refused. Before Cardiff last weekend, they hadn't performed together since August 22, 2009, when they played V Festival in Staffordshire on their Dig Out Your Soul tour. The hugely anticipated tour comes 16 years after Noel dramatically quit the band, saying he could no longer work with Liam. They had been slated to perform at the Rock en Seine festival i n Paris on August 28, 2009, but that date went down in history for so many reasons – and broke the hearts of millions. Backstage, Liam and Noel came to blows, with Liam apparently "wielding his guitar like an axe" at his older brother. But after years of arguing and taking swipes at one another, almost 15 years to the day of their split, they confirmed the reunion, leaving fans sobbing. Fans joined virtual queues on Ticketmaster and See Tickets to get their hands on tickets for the event, with the tour eventually selling out. Get Oasis updates straight to your WhatsApp!
