After the two thrilling segments, came one of the most anticipated matches of Night of Champions between Sami Zayn and Karrion Kross, where Sami Zayn emerged as the champion of the segment after a tough fight. In the segment, Sami Zayn proved Karrion Kross wrong, who teased and ridiculed Zayn for several months for not achieving world champion status. However, Zayn has finally proved by clinching a win against Kross. It is also to be noted that this segment marked Karrion Kross' comeback on TV and particularly on a major premium live event of WWE after 2024. The match began with an electric and thrilling atmosphere. During the segment, Karrion Kross was the first one to make his dramatic entry into his theme song. The fans were startled to witness Kross after his long hiatus from appearing at any premium live events. The Riyadh crowd cheered the most when Sami made his entrance, receiving a thunderous ovation. Fans were seen singing along to his theme music, showering him with love as he gears up for a high-stakes showdown. Sami Zayn's entry captivated everyone as he wore a Keffiyeh for his entrance, symbolizing his heritage. This helped even more to gain support from the fans, through which he built up early momentum in the match. In the segment, Karrion Kross looked chill, but Zayn was not in the mood to entertain his mind games. During the bout, Kross managed to deliver a solid performance, dominating the majority of the bout and showing that he's more than deserving of winning the segment. But, as the match built up, the tables turned when Zayn hit Kross with a Blue Thunderbomb for the closest nearfall of the match up to that point. This did not stop Kross from launching some German suplexes. However, his dominance did not last long when Zayn eventually caught him with an exploder suplex into the turnbuckle. Zayn went for the Helluva Kick, but Kross caught him in the Kross Jacket hold. At one point, the match seemed to be going in favor of Karrion Kross as Zayn nearly passed out in the submission before ultimately grabbing the bottom rope. Kross hit Zayn with a series of clotheslines in the corner until Zayn gathered himself and nailed Kross with a Helluva Kick out of nowhere to get the pin, which made him win the segment. WWE Raw May 26: Seth Rollins defeats Sami Zayn and Finn Balor to book Money in the Bank spot
Seth Rollins is officially in the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. He outlasted Sami Zayn and Finn Balor in a wild triple threat on Monday Night Raw, but it took more than just wrestling to get the win. Zayn attacked Rollins before the bell and the match quickly became chaotic. All three men fought all over the ring and ringside area, hitting high-impact moves and exchanging momentum. At one point, Balor hit a double DDT on both opponents and nearly won. Zayn landed a moonsault to the floor and got a huge reaction when he paid tribute to the late Sabu. Rollins looked to close it out with a Pedigree, but everyone kept kicking out. As the match neared its end, the interference began. Zayn lined up for a Helluva Kick, but Bron Breakker pulled him from the ring. Bronson Reed followed with a brutal attack. Rollins now joins Solo Sikoa, LA Knight, and Penta in the Money in the Bank match, but after Punk's attack, the story might just be getting started.

CM Punk Confronts Cody Rhodes On WWE RAW
CM Punk and Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes had a heated confrontation on WWE RAW, just days ahead of WWE Royal Rumble. Rhodes stood in the ring at the end of the January 27th episode of WWE RAW after Sami Zayn accidentally hit him with a Helluva Kick. Rhodes started to talk about being a champion before CM Punk interrupted. Punk asked Cody if he was okay, as he noted that it seemed like the weight of being the world champion was getting to him. He noted that he knew what the title could do to man, as it turned him into someone he didn't enjoy. Punk then said that none of them were Superman. Rhodes then asked Punk whether he was his friend, and he said he was. He said that he promised Cody's dad, but he also loved him. Punk said that he saw the road that Cody was on, and nobody could have prepared him for that. He stated that there were no friends in WWE, and he made it clear that he was coming for Rhodes' title. Punk told Rhodes that because they were friends, he was going to stab him in the front. Rhodes fired back by saying that, years ago, he looked up to Punk, and he was chasing him. However, he said that their dynamic had changed, as Punk was now chasing him. Rhodes told Punk that he hoped he won the Royal Rumble so that he could catch up.
