Because why use cash or card when you can pay with a cucumber? It's a curiously fun twist to cocktail culture – just the way Hendrick's Gin likes it. Why cucumbers? Hendrick's Gin isn't just using cucumbers for novelty. It's quite literally in the unusual spirit.
