How to complete Ultra Unlock Hisui Celebration Field Research tasks in Pokemon GO

Image via: Niantic Ultra Unlock: Hisui Celebration is live from July 8 to 13 in Pokémon GO, giving trainers a thrilling opportunity to step into the ancient world of Hisui. This post-Go Fest event combines potent bonuses, rare Pokémon, and limited-time Field Research that set players off on Stardust, XP, and unique encounters, some of which include shiny forms. Here's the guide on how to get the most out of your Field Research tasks during this time-limited occasion. Prioritize Catch-Based Tasks for Fast Rewards Most of the Field Research tasks revolve around catching Pokémon, making this an ideal event to play on foot or with Incense active. Here they are laid out: Catch 5 Pokémon: One of the easiest tasks that give either 500 XP or 1000 Stardust, both great commodities to either level up or power your Pokémon. Catch 10 Pokémon: This task will reward you with encounter opportunities with Hisuian Voltorb or Hisuian Qwilfish, both of which have their shiny forms available during the event. These Pokémon are fairly hard to come across outside of the events, so it is worth chasing after these. Catch 20 Pokémon: This harder task leads to a chance to encounter either Hisuian Growlithe or Hisuian Sneasel. To blaze through the tasks, try to work during the Space-Time Distortion, which increases spawns. Use Pinap Berries for double candy, and stack your tasks to do multiple ones at the same time. Hisui Celebration Ultra Unlock with 4x Stardust Boost - Pokemon GO Check the Routes for Rare Sightings Unique to the Hisui Celebration is the Follow-a-Route Field Research task. While Routes are often ignored, this task rewards you with a White-Striped Basculin, a form that is exclusive to regions, but which now is available globally with a shiny chance. Use the Nearby tab in-game to spot active Routes near you, or head to a park or whichever landmark where Routes are more common. Even if it is not your assigned task, following a Route triggers bonus spawns and extra XP. Keep Your Eyes On Hisuian Zorua in Disguise While not directly tied into Field Research, one of the biggest Pesos of this event is the debut of Hisuian Zorua and its evolution Hisuian Zoroark. It appears in a disguise of sorts, where it masquerades as your Buddy Pokémon, so stay alert if you spot your buddy appearing in the wild. Catch it, and there will be a chance that Zorua is in disguise! Tips and Tricks Spin as many PokéStops as possible to get different Field Research tasks. Throw out any tasks that you do not want, especially if you are engaging in shiny hunting or Stardust farming. Stack rewards, XP in particular, with Lucky Eggs or Star Pieces for maximum value. Play in areas with high PokéStop density so you can collect research tasks in succession. HISUI CELEBRATION EVENT TIPS & TRICKS in Pokémon GO!
