Mayor Adams claims he doesn't know antisemitic influencer Sneako after baffling Gracie Mansion cigar smoking hangout
He must have snuck in? Mayor Eric Adams admitted Monday that the hateful influencer Sneako wasn't vetted before the antisemite visited Gracie Mansion for a chummy late-night interview that drew outrage from critics. Adams said he didn't know Sneako's bigoted views and cast the friendly Saturday night sitdown over cigars as an unfortunate byproduct of his willingness to chat with 'anyone and everyone.' Advertisement 'I don't know the young man,' Adams told reporters. 'I'm not familiar with his streaming at all.' He said he was smoking a cigar with his rapper and podcaster son Jordan Coleman on the back porch of Gracie Mansion when unspecified 'other people' joined him, who 'brought people with them.' 4 Mayor Eric Adams distanced himself Monday from antisemitic influencer Sneako. Gregory P. Mango Advertisement 4 Adams and Sneako smoked cigars and chatted Saturday at Gracie Mansion. X/@sneako Sneako — whose real name is Nicolas 'Nico' Kenn De Balinthazy, 26 — was apparently among the group of strangers, leading to the bizarre spectacle Saturday of New York City's mayor sitting down with a streamer who has declared 'Down with the Jews!' The interview prompted a torrent of criticism for Adams, including from prominent Israel ally Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-Bronx), who posted on social media with disgust: 'Who's next on the guest list — David Duke?' Adams, while speaking to reporters at unrelated event with NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch about the department's new quality of life initiative, contended the interview was unplanned. Advertisement '(Sneako) was one of the people that engaged in that conversation,' Adams said. 'I didn't know his history.' Controversial influencer Amber Rose, who has become a vocal supporter of President Trump, was among the people present during the Gracie Mansion smoking session-turned-interview. Coleman told The Post that his dad met Rose at a dinner earlier that week. He said Adams was also excited to practice for a future podcast with him. Advertisement 'Not sure how Sneako got involved!' Coleman said. Rose, in a tweet featuring The Post's coverage of the cigar summit, defended Sneako and ripped the affair as 'FAKE NEWS!!!' 'I was there and know @sneako!!' she posted on X. 'He's a Jew! Liarrrrrsss why are you trying to sabotage @NYCMayor???' 4 Influencer Amber Rose also attended the Gracie Mansion smoking session. X/@sneako 4 Sneako has been banned from Twitch for 'extreme hateful content.' James Keivom Sneako's bigoted history includes being banned from Twitch for 'extreme hateful conduct,' praising accused rapist misogynist Andrew Tate and cultivating ties with white nationalist Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes, as well as the Hitler-loving rapper formerly known as Kanye West. The interview was all the more baffling given Adams' plan to run for re-election on an 'EndAntiSemitism' party line and action highlighting his stance against hatred of Jewish people. When asked about whether Sneako should have been vetted more, Adams said 'yes' and embarked on a long tangent about his openness to engage with all New Yorkers, including high schoolers. Advertisement 'Hindsight is 20-20,' he said. 'One of the downsides of my style of mayoralty, I engage with everyone,' Adams said. 'My team criticizes me all the time. They criticize me when I give my phone number to high school students to text me when there's a problem. They criticize that I'm willing to sit in the room with anyone and everyone.' Adams hinted if he had known Sneako's hateful stances, he still would have conducted the interview to push back against them. 'I've been extremely strong on hate in this city of any kind, not only for Jewish residents. I fought against Islamaphobia, anti-Sikhism, anti-LGBTQ+ criticism,' he said. Advertisement 'And so I wish I would have known his stances, because I would've loved to have engaged in a conversation with him on that. But I'm open to sit down and be interviewed by anyone, because I'm clear on my message of fighting hate.' Tisch, who is Jewish, gave an unsolicited endorsement of Adams' personal commitment to antisemitism. 'In a world where so many people who have public voices have abandoned the Jewish people, have allowed the rhetoric around Jews and the state of Israel to shift from outrage to incitement, in a world where we've seen hate crimes against Jews go up 80% in 20 months, Mayor Eric Adams has been unwavering and strong and true to his commitments from day one,' she said. — Additional reporting by Nicole Rosenthal

Kanye West claims he's ‘done with antisemitism' — weeks after releasing song praising Hitler
Vile Hitler-loving rapper Kanye West publicly claimed to be giving up his hateful antisemtic tirades, just hours after two soon-to-be-engaged Israeli Embassy staffers were gunned down outside the Capital Jewish Museum. 'I am done with antisemitism,' wrote Ye, just two weeks after sparking disgust with a song called 'Heil Hitler' and selling swastika T-shirts. 'I love all people. God forgive me for the pain I've caused. I forgive those who have caused me pain. Thank you God.' 3 Kanye West attends the Marni fashion show on February 23, 2024 in Milan, Italy. Getty Images Ye did not directly link his apparent change of heart to the horror at the cold-blooded slayings of Yaron Lischinsky, 28, and Sarah Milgrim, 26, as the Israeli Embassy employees left an event at the Capital Jewish Museum the previous night. Instead, he suggested it was because he 'simply got a FaceTime from my kids and I wanna save the world again…' The Anti-Defamation League said it wasn't 'buying' West's apology. 3 A swastika on Kanye West's Los Angeles studio on March 23, 2025. Snorlax / MEGA 'We've seen this kind of attempted apology from Kanye before, only for him to back down over and over again,' a spokesperson for the ADL told Billboard. 'As the Jewish community mourns the deaths of two individuals outside of a Jewish Museum in yet another horrific antisemitic attack, it's going to take a lot more than a couple of tweets to repair the damage of his antisemitic speech.' Since 2022, West, who now goes by Ye, has made scores of antisemitic remarks — triggering global backlash and the loss of major business partnerships. 3 Kanye West sold swastika T-shirts. His controversies started when he threatened to go 'death con 3 on Jewish people' on social media, followed by a series of bizarre interviews in which he praised Hitler and spout conspiracy claims about Jews controlling media and finance. Ye's antisemitic posts and remarks continued through 2023 and 2024, including statements downplaying the Holocaust. In February, he posted on social media 'I LOVE HITLER.' He then released 'Heil Hitler' on May 8, and has also sold T-shirts with big swastikas on the front — regularly justifying jis hate as art.

WATCH: Kanye storms out of Piers Morgan interview
Polarising media personality Piers Morgan has taken a swipe at Kanye West after the unpredictable rapper 'stomped off like a big baby' mid-way through an interview. Appearing on YouTube talk show Piers Morgan Uncensored, the Jesus Walks hitmaker sat dressed in all-black beside internet celebrity SNEAKO, framed by the Mallorca coastline. What resulted was a trainwreck interview that appeared to derail before it had begun. 'UPDATE: I interviewed Kanye West again today. As I expected, given what I've said about him recently, it didn't last long or go well,' Morgan captioned a photo of Kanye on social media. 'This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby before I could ask him why he's become a vile, Hitler-loving, Nazi-slathering, anti-Semitic pri**.' Morgan had previously engaged in a lengthy interview with the Grammy winner in 2022, which he referenced upon welcoming the pair in this latest sit-down. The host began their conversation by innocuously asking the rapper about his life. However, before Morgan's typically abrasive approach could be introduced, the rapper thwarted the interview when he claimed the host had misquoted his social media following. 'I watch what you put out on X, you've got 32 million followers. You're one of the most followed people...,' Morgan said before being cut off. 'See wait wait... look right now, you're not gonna take, you're not gonna take... inches off my d***, bro,' the rapper responded. 'Like, how many followers do I have?' The two entered into a tedious back-and-forth over the correct figure, which led to the record maker referring to himself as 'a gift'. Kanye then compared his influence to that of 'Lennon' and 'Michael Jackson'. Morgan was confounded by the rapper's rant, which accused the media of a lack of appreciation for his work despite it being played at 'weddings' and 'funerals'. 'Of course I play your music,' Morgan remarked. 'This is what you get for now, we can circle back when you can count,' Kanye added, before getting up and walking off-screen. The Instagram clip ran for less than two minutes, however, the extended cut on YouTube included Morgan grilling SNEAKO over his friendship with Kanye and their shared far-right views. 'You're sounding like Andrew Tate light, like his annoying younger brother we never knew about,' Morgan said. Kanye West. Credit: Supplied The host's social media comment section was flooded with responses largely aimed at the rapper's recent pattern of behaviour and inflated sense of self-worth. 'An ego far bigger than his talent,' one person said. 'Did he just compare himself to Michael Jackson and John Lennon????' Irish singer Brian McFadden asked. Some users compared Morgan's 'big baby' claims to the behaviour he himself had exhibited when quitting his role on Good Morning Britain in 2021. 'Didn't you storm off like a big baby?' one person asked.

Kanye West storms out of Piers Morgan interview after arguing over rapper's X follower count: ‘Sniveling little coward'
We miss the old Kanye. Kanye West lost his cool and ripped out his earpiece before storming out of an interview with Piers Morgan on Tuesday, May 6 — and the former 'Good Morning Britain' host had something to say about his abrupt exit. Taking to social media post-interview, Morgan, 60, ripped West, 47, a new one. 'UPDATE: I interviewed Kanye West again today. As I expected, given what I've said about him recently, it didn't last long or go well,' Morgan captioned a screenshot of West from the unpleasant sit-down. 9 Kanye West and Piers Morgan's interview got heated. Piers Morgan 9 The pair argued over how many followers on X the rapper has. 'This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby before I could ask him why he's become a vile, Hitler-loving, Nazi-slathering, anti-Semitic p—k,' he added before sharing the footage on 'Piers Morgan Uncensored.' Hours later, the famous presenter shared footage showing what set West off. Morgan was gassing the rapper up, mentioning West has 32 million X followers while trying to explain the power his words have on his fanbase. 9 Kanye ripped out his earpiece and abruptly walked out of the sit-down. Piers Morgan 9 Kanye West left his colleague to pick up the pieces. Piers Morgan The 'All of the Lights' musician's anti-Semitic comments on X have been making headlines for months, with West even going on rants while wearing a KKK hood. However, West seemingly took issue with the number of followers Morgan claimed he had. At the time of this post, the rapper has 33.3 million followers on X. 'You're not gonna take inches off my d–k, bro,' West interrupted before arguing over the amount of his X followers. 9 Piers addressed the madness when he dropped the full interview on YouTube. Piers Morgan 'I'm a gift,' the artist added. He then jumbled himself into the likes of Michael Jackson and John Lennon. When Morgan tried to steer West back on track, all hell broke loose. A pissed off West insisted Morgan wasn't 'taken accountability' and ended the interview by saying, 'This is what you get for now. We can circle back when you can count.' The rapper removed his earpiece and stormed out, leaving his colleague named Sneako to awkwardly pick up the pieces. 9 He did not mince his words about the controversial superstar either. Instagram/@piersmorgan Sneako, however, also grew frustrated with Morgan's line of questioning and ditched the interview after the British news host repeatedly called West 'a sniveling little coward.' 'A massive d–k,' Morgan described West in the caption of the video. The 'Donda' rapper has been in Majorca, Spain, which is where he took his virtual interview with Morgan. Despite going to blow with West, Morgan defended having the controversial artist on his show. 9 Piers Morgan previously interviewed Kanye West in 2022. Piers Morgan Uncensored 9 At the time, West defended his anti-Semitic words. Piers Morgan Uncensored 9 Piers Morgan said he wants to hold Kanye West accountable for his actions. Piers Morgan Uncensored 'The reason I wanted to get him on was because I don't think anyone holds him to account for anything he does on X, and in fact, he deliberately breaches all of X's rules, and yet he does it with impunity and is allowed to do it, whereas millions of other accounts get suspended for far less offences [sic],' Morgan said. 'So I was going to ask him directly, why I mentioned his X following, I was going to ask him about what he puts on X and why he does this? Why he continually attacks Jewish people, why he continually celebrates Adolf Hitler?' The Post reached out to West's rep for comment. This isn't the first time Morgan and West exchanged words. The pair also had a heated exchange in 2022 after West declared he was 'going death con 3' on Jewish people.

Kanye West branded ‘snivelling little coward' as he storms out of Piers Morgan interview
Piers Morgan has slammed Kanye West after the rapper stormed out of a live interview. Teasing the interview before it dropped in full on Morgan's YouTube channel, he wrote on X: 'Ye did walk out, after two minutes.. because he's a snivelling little coward who didn't want me to ask him why he's become a vile Hitler-loving Nazi-slathering anti-Semite. Happy to continue the interview when/if you grow a pair @kanyewest.' West was live from Spain with his friend, Sneako, for the chat with Morgan on his Uncensored show. When Morgan asked how West was doing, the rapper immediately got defensive about being addressed by his name. 'I'm doin' good. I don't use the term 'West,' you know, the whole drop the slave name idea?' West said. Morgan responded: 'Okay, so we just call you Ye, yeah?' West agreed. 'I'm grateful for the opportunity to try and talk to you about some of this,' Morgan continued. Ye did walk out, after two minutes.. because he's a snivelling little coward who didn't want me to ask him why he's become a vile Hitler-loving Nazi-slathering anti-Semite. Happy to continue the interview when/if you grow a pair @kanyewest — Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) May 6, 2025 After attempting to exchange pleasantries and asking West how he was doing, the rapper cut Morgan off and started ranting. 'I already disagree it's not in contrast to so many people and artists that are championing the idea of someone being able to just express who they really are and have been able to go through the war of being attacked by the banks ... being attacked you know by ... the banks ... that's the best way to put it, being attacked by the banks and to still be here with this view is, you know, that's the win. So I think that's I'm in contrast to your contrast,' West said before being cut off by Morgan. 'OK, but the point I was gonna make is that, I watch what you put out on X — you've got 32 million followers, so you're one of the most followed people…' Morgan began before being halted by West. 'Wait, now, look, right now you're not going to take inches off my d***, bro. Like, how many followers do I have?' West asked. A brief back-and-forth ensued before Morgan said: 'I'm told it's 33 million now. So congratulations, you're slightly bigger following than I thought.' More to follow
