Former Playboy model Holly Madison steps out with a bandage wrapped around her head in LA
Former Playboy model Holly Madison sparked plastic surgery rumors as she stepped out in Los Angeles on Monday. The 45-year-old Playboy Murders producer-host had a compression bandage wrapped around her head, which are typically worn to manage swelling, bruising, and pain - particularly after surgery or injury. Holly's ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner previously paid for her to undergo rhinoplasty and breast augmentation during their seven-year open relationship (2001-2008), and she recently confessed that she wanted to tighten her jawline. 'I can't think of anything I want surgery for other than like tightening my jawline,' Madison revealed on the June 23rd episode of her podcast Girls Next Level. 'It's not like my jawline sucks or anything. I can just see where it's kind of headed and I kind of want to get ahead of it, so I would like to do that eventually. That's kind of on my wish list.' The Fashion Nova paid partner's belly was stretched after welcoming two children - daughter Rainbow, 12; and son Forest, turning 9 next month - during her five-year marriage to Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella, which ended in 2018 (divorce finalized in 2019). 'I looked like I was pregnant with triplets,' Holly groaned of her second pregnancy. 'I looked like a parody of a pregnant person, so I've got a lot of loose skin a lot of places.' Madison (born Hollin Sue Cullen) continued: 'I would just love if they could figure out some way for like skin tightening or rejuvenation.' The Lethally Blonde host also revealed that the person who injects her Botox recommended that she have C02 laser resurfacing treatment under her eyes. 'It [requires so much] downtime I might do it like right before Christmas,' Holly teased. 'And then [I will] just be like home with family and nobody cares what I look like kind of a thing. He told me to definitely wait until summer's over.' Madison co-hosts Girls Next Level, now in its fourth season, with her former Girls Next Door co-star Bridget Marquardt. Back in 2005, the platinum-blonde pair along with Kendra Wilkinson were paid nothing to star in the 15-episode first season of their E! reality show, which eventually ran for six total seasons. Holly groaned of her second pregnancy: 'I looked like I was pregnant with triplets...I looked like a parody of a pregnant person, so I've got a lot of loose skin a lot of places' The Lethally Blonde star co-hosts Girls Next Level, now in its fourth season, with her former Girls Next Door co-star Bridget Marquardt (L) Holly first moved into the Playboy Mansion in 2001, at age 22, and Hefner went on to control her finances, job opportunities, imposed a strict $1K clothing allowances and 9pm curfews, and pressured her to engage in twice-a-week group sex sessions. 'I definitely thought I was in love with Hef,' Madison recalled in the A&E documentary series Secrets of Playboy in 2022. 'But it was very Stockholm syndrome, very Stockholm syndrome.' The Playboy founder eventually passed away, age 91, in 2017 from sepsis brought on by an E. coli infection. As for her personal life, the Oregon-born beauty ended her on/off six-year relationship with Zak Bagans last March, and she's since accused him of cheating on her with 12 different women.

Dates rejected me for being a Playmate, but men who queue for Lily Phillips & Bonnie Blue are worse, says Holly Madison
HOLLY Madison was a 22-year-old girl when she became a playmate, thinking it would give her the chance to have a better life. But now, aged 41, Holly has revealed the struggles she faced while dating to the Playboy mogul, who was 53 years her senior, Hugh Hefner. 4 4 4 Speaking on The Skinny Confidential podcast, Holly opened up about being rejected by men for being a playmate. She revealed that after leaving the Playboy Mansion, men would approach her and want to date but would get 'jealous' of her past when things turned serious. Holly explained: "There were a lot of people who wanted to date me, but I think in a very superficial way. I think it was like, 'Oh, I want to date that hot girl on the Billboard right there and then tell my friends about it.' "I would say the most challenging thing is that people would get together with me, knowing exactly what my history was, and then they would all of a sudden have a problem with it. "After our relationship got serious, they'd get really jealous. They'd come up with all these imaginary scenarios in their heads about what could have possibly went on." Despite the string of insecure and jealous men she dated, Holly says the men lining up to bed controversial OnlyFans creators Lily Phillips and Bonnie Blue are much worse as they chose to be intimate with them while staying anonymous. Speaking on the topic with podcast hosts Michael and Lauryn, Holly agreed that the line of men also 'rattle her' as they choose to be anonymous instead of being open about sexual relations. "I want to know what guys are in the Lily Phillips line, just kidding." "All these guys, line up and they have ski masks on to partake, because they want to be anonymous," she added. We lived in the 'glam' Playboy mansion as Hugh's girlfriends - we'd get 'replaced' if we were ever sick & the furniture looked like local charity shop buys Mansion Madness From the outside, being a Playmate looked glamorous - hanging with A-list celebrities and partying with your friends all day long. But Holly said the reality was completely different and said it was a 'toxic' environment. She said: "I feel like unfortunately mine is a lot of bad memories, especially in the first four years I lived there. "It was just a hellhole. It was like none of the girls got along. It was super toxic." Facts you didn't know about the Playboy Mansion Girlfriends vs Playmates Rumour has it that Hugh Hefner would have two to a dozen "girlfriends" living with him at a time. These girlfriends are not to be confused with Playmates. Each girlfriend had their own room, but one 'special lady' was named as girlfriend number one and stayed with Hef in his room. Each girlfriend received a $1,000 (£760) weekly bonus "allowance." Hef's Wild side The Playboy mansion was home to a private zoo. It was one of very few private residences that actually has a zoo license. Hefner was a fan of birds. Among his collection - many of which roamed the grounds - were peacocks, macaws, flamingos, toucans and ducks. The Elvis Legend Within the mansion was a secret room, called 'The Elvis Room.' Legend has it that the King himself, Elvis Presley, had a little slumber party in the room with up to eight eager bunnies. In the past, Holly has said the girls would be fighting during the day and then sitting naked together at night. She continued: "I can't explain to you how embarrassing that whole routine was, especially as we got later down the road when there was a lot of conflict with the other girls. "You're literally sitting there naked having sex in front of a group of people who hate you and talk s**t about you while you're having sex," Holly said. "I thought that we were going to be like BFFs and it was going to be so much fun and I thought that it was going to be like total slumber parties and like hanging out in each other's rooms and borrowing clothes and just like really fun," said Holly. Speaking on her podcast, The Girls Next Door, with fellow Playmate Bridget Marquardt revealed the glam person of the house was nothing like reality. In the early 2000s, Bridget recalled, the mansion ''was the place to be''. ''Everyone wanted to be there - every celebrity, every girl that I knew of wanted to be a part of it, wanted to be a Playmate, go to the parties. ''They had the best parties in the world there. ''It's the place that you wanted to go and you wanted to be seen, and you wanted to be a part of that whole lifestyle.'' But while the A-listers were living the high life, Hugh's girlfriends ''were required to sit at the table the whole time and ask if you needed to get up to go to the bathroom''. She added: ''You could dance a little - but you were kind of greeting everybody [...], so we definitely didn't feel free.'' 4 Top Grades Those who had made it into the villa would also have Polaroids taken during the many star-studded bashes - which Hugh, who passed away at 91, would then grade from A to D. ''D - you're not invited back, C - you're maybe on the big party list, B - you're on all the party lists, A - you get invited to the pool parties and stuff like that,'' Holly revealed. But the graded snaps, the pair said in a recent podcast, were the least of their worries. Holly said: ''When I think about the worst thing, I just think about anything in the bedroom and just the fact that anyone would be invited in there. ''We didn't get to agree on who got to come in and who got to watch, and who got to do whatever - and it was just traumatising.'

Holly Madison 'makes up weird excuses' with her kids about why she's famous
Holly Madison is "still making up weird excuses" for her children about her fame. The 45-year-old star - who rose to fame on 'Girls Next Door', the reality show focused on the lives of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends at the Playboy Mansion - admitted she is yet to tell her kids the full story about why she still gets recognised in public. Holly - who has daughter Rainbow, 12, and son Forest, eight, with her ex Pasquale Rotella - told E! News: "I don't know, I'm still making up weird excuses. I'm like, 'Oh I just do YouTube' or whatever. "It's weird because kids that age, they have no idea what Playboy is, because it just doesn't exist the way it used to. "People always ask me, 'How are you gonna talk to them about it?' I have no idea. I will cross that bridge when I get there." The TV personality - who starred on the show between 2005 and 2009 - insisted the programme feels like a snapshot in time. Speaking 20 years after its launch, she added: "I feel so old! I guess that's a life time ago, it's so crazy. "I always say it's the one show you can't reboot, because it was like catching this little cult bubble in real time." Holly has been doing her own rewatch of the series, and she explained everyone can take it one of two ways. She explained: "You can watch it two different ways. You can watch it for all the eye candy like you did the first time it came out. "Or, you can watch it knowing all the stuff that's going on behind the scenes and that adds a whole other layer." Meanwhile, Holly admitted while she isn't ruling out a return to reality TV in some form, she has some strict parameters. She said: "I don't know. I always say, I wouldn't do anything about my person life. "I was asked to do the first season of Traitors and I turned it down because I didn't know what it was. "I just thought they were calling me a traitor and I was like, 'no.' " Now, she would reconsider, and even thinks she'd thrive in the castle. She quipped: "I have a good poker face."

Kendra Wilkinson reveals why she 'never bonded' with Holly Madison at the Playboy Mansion
Kendra Wilkinson revealed that she did not form many close friendships during her five years living at the Playboy Mansion as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. While appearing on the Him & Her podcast, the reality star, 39, reflected on feeling like the 'third wheel' around housemates and Girls Next Door costars Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt. 'That's the part that was hard,' she explained her not-so-close relationships with Madison, 45, and Marquardt, 51. 'I wasn't really a "girl's girl" at that point in life. I was more of a 'guy's girl,' so we never really bonded.' The mom-of-two, who moved into the Playboy Mansion at age 18, noted that she felt like an outsider around Madison and Marquardt while filming their series. 'I just decided to go with that during the show process,' Wilkinson said. 'Well, I'm just gonna be me and see how this works, rather than try to fit in.' I felt like I was a complete odd man out [in that] whole situation.' Despite never clicking with Madison or Marquardt, Wilkinson spoke about her friendship with Playboy model Jessica Hall, who briefly appeared on The Girls Next Door. Wilkinson's comments come just days after Madison spoke publicly about wanting to repair their relationship. Madison said she was eager to rebuild her relationship with her former Girls Next Door' co-star. 'It would be nice to be on good terms for sure, but I really don't know where she's at. "I look back at our relationship and what went wrong and I see a lot of fault with executive producers who [were] working on her show and my show after we left,' she told Us Weekly. Madison added that she wasn't sure if Wilkinson even remembered 'what [their] original falling out was all about.' 'I just don't know how aware she was of it because at the time, the person who was starting a lot of the drama was a person who was giving her a job. So she doesn't want to see that,' Madison said. Earlier this month, Holly described The Girls Next Door as a 'little cult bubble.' The TV personality starred on the reality series between 2005 and 2009, and Holly believes The Girls Next Door was a snapshot in time. 'I always say it's the one show you can't reboot, because it was like catching this little cult bubble in real time. And you can watch it two different ways. You can watch it for all the eye candy like the first time it came out and say, "Oh my God, look how fun." Or you can watch it knowing about all the stuff going on behind the scenes, and that adds a whole other layer,' she told E! News The reality TV show focused on the lives of Wilkinson, Madison, and Marquardt, who were the three main girlfriends of the late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. In Madison's 2015 memoir, she described Wilkinson as 'the fakest person [she'd] ever met.' At the time, Wilkinson slammed Madison's book and criticism of her experience in the Playboy Mansion. 'It's a shame that someone can't be appreciative of what something like that has given them,' Wilkinson told Us Weekly. Their public spat reached an all-time high when Wilkinson tweeted about how Madison was on the cover of People Magazine talking about living 'in fear at the mansion.' 'She wasn't in fear with that dick in her a** for a paycheck,' Wilkinson wrote in a since-deleted post. 'That b**ch is in fear now knowing so many of us saw her doing some nasty s**t. She's embarrassed and in shame.'

Playboy star claims ex cheated on her with SEVEN women
Playboy star Holly Madison accused her ex-boyfriend Zak Bagans of infidelity with at least seven women, amid their recent split. Madison, 45, who rose to fame as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends and a main cast member on The Girls Next Door series, shared a number of Instagram Stories claiming the Ghost Adventures star, 48, cheated on her. Taking to her social media over the weekend with a photo of a swimming pool, she wrote, 'It's a perfect day for me and not my ex who I just found out was cheating on me with at least three other girls.' 'Never too late to find out! Lol,' the star — who had an on/off again romance with Zak — added. She later updated her followers, writing, 'Wait. The count is now up to four girls. And they all have major receipts.' 'Let's see what this number gets up to by the end of the day. Feel free to place bets I'll keep you posted,' she wrote. She later returned with a new tally, writing, 'It's up to five girls now!' In yet another post, Holly wrote: 'The number is up to 7 women with receipts now, for those keeping track.' In the following post, she shared an image of Costco, writing, 'Some people were cheating in bulk.' She didn't specify how she learned about Bagans' alleged infidelity. In a TikTok video posted on May 10, the former Girls Next Door star further discussed the cheating allegations against her ex, filming herself while lying on a bed. 'My fantasy "I'm bored" scenario would be all the girls my most recent ex cheated with just filling me in. I need the lore,' she wrote over the clip. YouTube content creator Trisha Paytas commented, 'I couldn't imagine cheating on literally the perfect woman.' Madison replied, 'Thank you Trish.' After dating since 2019, their relationship ended earlier this year. She confirmed their split on her podcast in March. 'Zak and I broke up for good, for good. I know we've been very off and on,' she revealed on her podcast. 'Yeah, it was very off and on for the course of the like five-and-a-half years we were together. We were very off and on for the past year, very much.' 'So we broke up and I mean unfollowed on social media, which we've never unfollowed each other before through all the breakups.' The pair previously reconciled in 2023 amid their on/off again relationship. Holly and Zak first sparked a romance after Holly visited Zak's Haunted Museum in Las Vegas in May 2019 although they had known each other for years before that. Holly and Zak have kept their relationship private, rarely being photographed together. Earlier this month Holly opened up about life as one of Hefner's girlfriends, and what she did and didn't like about it when they were behind closed doors. The former The Girls Next Door star dished on her sex life with the Playboy founder and revealed she wasn't crazy about group bedroom activities. 'Well, it's a very different story between when we were just by ourselves than with everybody else in the room,' she said on the In Your Dreams Podcast with Owen Thiele. 'Everybody else in the room, no. That was disgusting. I hated it. I made it very known I hated it,' she declared. However their one-on-one time was different. 'if it was just me and him, it was a lot more normal than you would think.' Regarding the 50-year age different between the Hefner and his bevy of beautiful girlfriends, the reality star said, 'I think everybody has this real horror story of how gross an old man's body must be.' 'I feel like there was a time when I couldn't post anything without some dumbass in the comments like, "Oh, old balls," or something like that and look, maybe some people's balls do get old and nasty, but I've never seen such a thing.' Madison was Hefner's 'number one girlfriend' on TGND from 2001 until she left in 2008. Hefner died in 2017 at age 91. Madison has been able to turn her time at the mansion into a viable career that helps her support herself and her two children with jobs hosting The Playboy Murders and Lethally Blonde. Her parents, obviously know about her time with Hefner, but her children, Forest, about nine, and Rainbow, about six, don't. She shares her kids with ex-husband Pasquale Rotella. 'They don't know anything about it. They're very sheltered. They go to a very sheltered school. Their dad hates all that stuff, so he doesn't talk about it, but also kids that age have no idea what that is,' she explained.
