He posed with Ruby, Renee, Aiden and Alastair - four of his EIGHT children. And Alastair, who is often spotted at Celtic Park with his father, was draped in the green and white. Another picture posted showed the 19-year-old wearing the very same as he took in the show. Sir Rod captioned it: "Two of my precious children at @glastofest giving their old dad support. Love ya boys!!" He shared his 90-minute set with other music icons including Lulu, Mick Hucknall of Simply Red, and Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood. But his time in the spotlight was not without controversy, as political tensions boiled over at the massive festival. In the build up to his big outing, he urged people to give Reform UK leader Nigel Farage a chance. A swipe was then taken at him by another act at Worthy Farm, as Irish rap group Kneecap name dropped the 80-year-old. One member of the band asked their audience if anyone was planning to go and see Sir Rod's performance, which was met with booing. The following day when the Parkhead regular Stewart took to the stage he said: "Music brings us together, we need music. "There's been a lot about the Middle East lately, quite rightly so, but I want to draw your attention to the Ukraine with the next song, called The Love Train."
