David Licauco shares snaps as Boy Scouts ambassador
David Licauco took to social media to share a glimpse of his duties as a Boy Scouts of the Philippines ambassador.
On Facebook, the Pambansang Ginoo posted photos from a flag disposal ceremony held in May. David could be seen in his scout's uniform, doing the salute, and observing the event.
'Your Boy Scout ambassador,' David said in his caption.
Netizens filled the comments section saying they are proud of David.
In May, David attended the 'Huling Parangal sa Watawat: Flag Disposal Ceremony' at the Imus Heritage Park in Cavite. The event retires worn-out Philippine flags with dignity and respect by following proper disposal protocols. David also gave a message to the Boy Scouts at the event.
David was named the first-ever Scout Ambassador of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines in 2024.
The actor told GMA News Online he hopes Boy Scouts would learn to have love of country and for family whenever they watch him portray Hiroshi in the historical series 'Pulang Araw.'
Recently, David dropped the single 'I Think I Love You' and was a house guest on 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.'
