Whether you've just said yes or are putting the finishing touches on your big day, Wedding Fairs provide the ultimate experience for couples to connect with the very best vendors the Hunter and Newcastle has to offer.
The 2025 series kicks off at the iconic Newcastle Town Hall for the Newcastle Wedding Fair on Sunday, June 29 and wraps up at the stunning Mercure Hunter Valley for the Hunter Valley Wedding Fair on Sunday, August 31.
Boasting a lineup of local exhibitors across both locations, the Wedding Fairs create a welcoming and interactive space for couples at every stage of their planning journey.
Expect a showcase of the region's top florists, celebrants, wedding planners, photographers, videographers, entertainers, photobooths, and more. Each fair is designed to offer guests a meaningful experience where they can chat one-on-one with vendors, ask questions, and get expert advice.
