HYBE, the powerhouse behind global K-pop legends BTS as well as top artists like TXT, ENHYPEN, Katseye and more is officially setting its sights on India. The Seoul-based entertainment giant has confirmed plans to open its Indian office by September or October 2025, marking a bold new chapter in its global expansion - and giving K-pop fans across the country something big to celebrate. As this news was already making a buzz, HYBE is bringing its biggest stars to the big screen with Hybe Cine Fest 2025, running from July 10 to 12 across select PVR-INOX cinemas in Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The festival will showcase exclusive concert films of the agency's most loved acts - including BTS, TXT, SEVENTEEN, ILLIT, and more. Hybe Cine Fest 2025: Theaters in India PVR Cinemas amped up the excitement with this Instagram post: "Brace yourself for loud choruses, happy tears, and heart-thumping chants. Hybe Cine Fest in Asia is hitting cinemas from July 10–12! The lineup that lives in your playlists—now crashing your cinema screen." In Kolkata, screenings will be held at Quest Mall and South City Mall. Mumbai fans can catch the action at PVR-INOX locations in Ghatkopar, Lower Parel, Marine Lines, and Palava. In Delhi, the films will be screened in Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, and Jasola. Bengaluru will host the fest across multiple venues, including Koramangala, Whitefield, Rajajinagar, Kanakapura Road, Bannerghatta Road, Malleshwaram, and Yelahanka. The film lineup BTS: Map of the Soul ON:E SEVENTEEN: Be The Sun TXT: ACT: Sweet Mirage ENHYPEN: Fate World Tour Plus special performances from rising stars like ILLIT and Katseye. STARTING from today until July 13, K-pop fans in Malaysia are in for a treat as Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) presents Hybe Cine Fest in Asia, bringing the magic of K-pop to the big screens. More than that, K-pop enthusiasts can look forward to an exciting line-up of immersive on-ground events held in conjunction with the Hybe Cine Fest in Asia, hosted at Wow Plaza in Lalaport. For four unforgettable days, fans can indulge in curated cinematic experiences featuring exclusive film titles from some of Hybe's biggest artistes including BTS, Seventeen, Tomorrow × Together and Enhypen. Encompassing total entertainment experiences on the big screens, fans can also partake in the Hybe cinema noraebang, an interactive karaoke-inspired activation that invites fans to sing along to their favourite tracks from Le Sserafim, &Team, BoyNextDoor, TWS, Illit and Katseye alongside the festival's headlining groups. Inspired by Korea's beloved noraebang, the Hybe Cinema noraebang gives fans the chance to channel their inner star and belt out K-pop hits in a shared high-energy environment creating unforgettable memories with like-minded fans. GSC head exhibition Pan Vui Shang said: 'We look forward to continuously expanding our lifestyle and entertainment offerings bringing like-minded communities together through unforgettable K-pop experiences from live concerts to immersive events at our cinema.' LaLaport BBCC managing director Yoshihiro Kondo also shared the same sentiment as he was 'thrilled to be part of Hybe Cine Fest weekend by bringing the celebration our WoW Plaza'. A music film festival will be held in 10 regions across Asia from July to August, Hybe announced Thursday. Under the title 'Hybe Cine Fest in Asia,' a series of concert films and a music visual featuring its four artists will come to cinemas, a joint effort with global distributor Trafalgar Releasing. Viewers will be able to sing along the reedited versions of concert films: 'Map of the Soul On:E' from BTS, 'Be the Sun – Seoul' from Seventeen, 'Act : Sweet Mirage Finale' from Tomorrow X Together, and 'Fate in Seoul' from Enhypen. A mash-up of 22 music videos from ten artists, including the aforementioned four as well as Le Sserafim, &Team, Boynextdoor, TWS, Illit and Katseye, will also be available on large screens with Romanized subtitles. The fest will kick off on July 10 and will run for four days in nine regions — Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong and Taiwan — and until Aug. 7 in Japan. At least one theater in each region will operate as a 'special location' where visitors can enjoy a range of experiences and purchase merchandises. The event was first held last year in 11 countries in Latin America and drew over 260,000 fans.
