Emily Atack announces engagement to boyfriend Alistair Garner with romantic snap
Emily Atack, the Inbetweeners and Rivals star, announced her engagement on Friday night with a romantic snap with her boyfriend Dr Alistair Garner. 'It's Friday, I'm in love 💍💍💍' Emily captioned the image of herself cuddled up to her long-term partner. The couple looked relaxed and natural with Alistair looking tanned and topless, with Emily wearing a white dresses and with her blonde hair down. Emily rested her hand on her partner's chest, showing off her diamond engagement ring to the camera. The Inbetweeners alum, 35, is now engaged to Dr Alistair Garner, who is a materials scientist specialising in aerospace and nuclear applications. It is thought that the couple got together in 2022, with their relationship becoming public in 2023. Rangers transfer 'target' Jamie Vardy's wife Rebekah says striker 'plays better' when she is involved in drama
Speculation is mounting that Rebekah Vardy's husband Jamie is tipped to join Rangers. Rebekah Vardy has claimed her footballer husband Jamie "plays better" on the pitch while she is involved in high profile drama. It comes amid high speculation that the 38-year-old Leicester City legend is eyeing up a transfer to Rangers FC. The Light Blues are said to be among the teams who are keen to offer Vardy a landmark deal following his Leicester City exit. Rebekah, who has been married to Jamie for eight years, is no stranger to controversy after her famous Wagatha Christie feud with Coleen Rooney. Rebekah appeared to reunite her feud with Coleen, married to football icon Wayne Rooney, when she appeared last year on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! The mum of five lost the trial in 2022 and was handed an eye-watering legal bill of £1.4M, which is being paid out to Coleen following a court order. However, three years on, their war appears to be raging on as Rebekah told Vanity Fair in an interview just last week that she still believes the way she was treated throughout the trial was highly unfair. Vardy said: 'I didn't sell stories to The Sun newspaper and that really is the end of it" as she insisted that she 'got the raw end of that.' She added: "In fact, I think murderers and pedophiles have faced far less scrutiny than I did". Speaking about how her husband feels about the publicity surrounding her feud with Coleen, Rebekah claims he plays better when she is receiving bad press. She previously told the Mirror: "Everyone thinks Jamie is mad at me for speaking out, but that couldn't be further from the truth. He's encouraging me, saying, 'Give it to her, get the truth out there'. "He loves it that she's back getting headlines. The more stick he gets from the stands in football, the better he plays." It comes amid reports that Rangers FC's new owners are keen to sign Vardy following his exit from Leicester City which could be great news for Scottish football fans if Rebekah's theory about the positive correlation between her personal drama and Jamie's football performance is correct.

The 83-year-old's family announced her death today, with touching tributes rolling in from devastated friends, colleagues and fans. But ITV viewers have furiously slammed Lorraine for showing "no feeling" and seeming "unbothered". "Lorraine, you are a disgrace", one X user posted. Another distraught fan said: "I'm actually shocked at the lack of empathy Lorraine showed announcing the death of Kim Woodburn." It comes as... The presenter, 65, appeared unmoved as she announced: "Kim Woodburn, who I'm sure you know... well, she's died at the age of 83. "Famous, of course, for How Clean Is Your House and her controversial time on Celebrity Big Brother." She then read out the statement that was released by Kim's family today, before quickly moving forward. "Right, it is 10 past nine..." she continued after the brief announcement. A representative for Kim said this morning: "It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday following a short illness. "Kim was an incredibly kind, caring, charismatic and strong person. "Her husband Peter is heartbroken at the loss of his soulmate. "We are so proud of the amazing things Kim achieved in her life and career. "We kindly ask that Kim's husband and close friends are given the time and privacy they need to grieve. "We will not be releasing any further details." Her How Clean is Your House co-star lead tributes, writing: 'Kim was a tormented soul, but now she's finally at peace. "We clashed often. Behind the fierce persona was deep pain and incredible strength. "She survived because she had to. I hope she's resting now. She was an unforgettable woman.' Kim went on to star in a number of shows including I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2009 and Celebrity Big Brother in 2017. She also regularly appeared on ITV's Loose Women and This Morning. Tributes have today flooded in for the reality TV star who was a "force of nature". In recent years, she has become known for being outspoken about a number of other TV personalities. As recently as February, she branded celebrity chef D'Acampo a "full of himself little pig". She also last year slammed Louis Walsh as a "nasty, two-faced" music mogul during his own time on Big Brother. Kim blasted ITV and BBC bosses, too, for recruiting reality stars as presenters.
