Directed by Satyajeet and produced by IJM Productions, the film promises a poetic blend of love, nature, music, and social consciousness. Shot over 100 days in the breathtaking wilderness of Uttarakhand, the film uses the raw beauty of the Himalayas not just as a setting, but as an emotional and spiritual companion to the story. The narrative follows a young man's passionate love for a tourist girl, a relationship that gradually evolves into a journey of self-realization and social awakening. Speaking about the film, Makrand Deshpande said, 'It's a love story, but a different and extraordinary one. It explores the boundaries of love while merging science and spirituality. Director Satyajeet is deeply intelligent—he knows exactly what he wants to create. And since this is a love story, the music, I feel, carries a deep sense of love." Brijendra Kala, who remains tight-lipped about his role, shared, 'It was a great experience. I always enjoy shooting in Uttarakhand—nature, cold weather, everything about it. The film's soulful soundtrack is one of its major highlights, with music composed by Mahesh Matkar and distributed by Sony Music India. Mumbai: Actors Brijendra Kala and Makrand Deshpande unveiled the trailer of the forthcoming musical drama "Jaan Abhi Baaki Hai". Set against the backdrop of Uttarakhand, the movie revolves around a young man who ends up falling in love with a tourist girl. The romance soon turns into a profound subconscious journey of love transforming into self-realization. Helmed by Satyajeet, "Jaan Abhi Baaki Hai" enjoys a stellar cast with Pranjal Shandilya, Swapnil Singh, Rajesh Jais, Rohit Pathak, and the late Bikramjeet Kanwarpal in key roles, along with others. Speaking about the show, Makrand said, 'It's a kind of a love story which is different, extraordinary, showing the boundaries of love. The character/story is somewhere creating a mix of science and spirituality, and an important thought is shared through a love story. With great politeness and love, director Satyajeet ji—and he is very intelligent—knows what he wants to create, and it's very important to know that while creating something.
