Cardi B debuts fiery new track Outside at Cannes

Cardi B made a bold splash at her debut performance in Cannes, premiering her fiery new single Outside during a Spotify-hosted event on the beach. The rapper, known for her unfiltered lyrics and commanding stage presence, delivered the song ahead of its official June 20 release, and it didn't take long for fans to start speculating that the track is aimed at her estranged husband, Offset. Produced by Charlie Heat and HeyMicki, Outside is packed with pointed lyrics that many believe target the Migos rapper. 'When I tell you these n—–s ain't shit, please believe me,' Cardi raps. 'They gon' f—k on anything, these n—–s way too easy / Good for nothing, low-down, dirty dogs, I'm convinced / Next time you see your momma, tell her how she raised a b—ch.' The speculation comes after weeks of Cardi posting cryptic (and not-so-cryptic) messages online about relationship drama and betrayal, fuelling rumours of a full-blown fallout with Offset. Though she hasn't confirmed the diss, the message in the lyrics is hard to miss. The cover art for her single, which Cardi teased on Instagram, features a vivid scene of a classic NYC summer day — a burst fire hydrant, red Solo cups, lipstick, dominoes, and blunt wrappers scattered across a sidewalk with a caption that said, 'We OUTSIDE this Friday'. In addition to debuting Outside, Cardi lit up the Cannes stage with a high-energy set featuring hits like Bodak Yellow, Money, I Like It, Up, and Bongos, her collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion. She closed the show with the fan-favourite WAP, marking her first performance in Cannes as nothing short of unforgettable.

Major country music star plays first show in year after series of surgeries

Tim McGraw overcame various health issues to return to the stage for the first time in more than a year. The country music superstar performed at the Music City Rodeo in Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on Saturday, May 31 following a series of major back surgeries and knee replacements over the past year. 'When you think Tim McGraw we hope you think of us,' the venue posted on X Monday. 'Shoutout to the Rodeo Marshal himself who closed out the final night of Music City Rodeo in true cowboy fashion.' The 58-year-old — who in addition to Reba and Jelly Roll headlined the three-day event — performed a slew of his signature hits such as 'Live Like We're Dying,' 'Southern Voice,' 'I Like It, I Love It,' 'Real Good Man,' 'How Bad Do You Want It' and 'Something Like That,' Music Mayhem Magazine reported. The three-time Grammy Award-winner also played 'Paper Umbrellas,' his current single on country radio, as well as an unreleased song called 'King Rodeo.' The track is expected to appear on McGraw's forthcoming new album, which will follow his 17th studio album, 'Standing Room Only,' from 2023. An exact release date for the album has yet to be announced. 'Thank you! My name's Tim, better known as Faith Hill's husband, which I like a lot,' McGraw said while introducing himself to the sold-out crowd, per Music Mayhem Magazine. 'Welcome to the inaugural Music City Rodeo! Had you had a good time? Give it up for Miss Reba [McEntire], Mr. Jelly Roll and my boys,' the singer said. 'I want to thank my team for putting this together, Pat, Brian, Down Home, everybody that did such a great job. And thanks to you guys for showing up and supporting this. We're going to be here every single year, so I want y'all to keep coming out. It's been a blast doing this and a big hand for the cowboys and cowgirls. It wouldn't be a show without those guys.' Fans on social media applauded McGraw's return as well. 'What an unforgettable performance,' one TikTok user wrote on another video from Music Mayhem Magazine. 'Tim McGraw never fails to deliver such an emotional and powerful show.' 'He's still got it,' another user commented. 'Kudos for him for being able to not miss a beat.' McGraw's three daughters — Gracie (28), Maggie (26), and Audrey (23) — also joined him on stage to sing the final chorus of his 2007 hit, 'Last Dollar (Fly Away).' 'This hits hard because I loved this one as a kid and I'm roughly their age,' one TikTok user wrote on Music Mayhem Magazine's video. Last Updated: The rapper said that she has been covering all the expenses of their kids, including their tuition, classes and other things. The drama between Cardi B and Offset just got more intense after the I Like It singer and rapper lashed out at her estranged husband. She accused him of not 'paying a dime" for their three children– Kulture, Wave and another baby girl. On Friday, May 30, Cardi B hosted a session on X Spaces, just a day after reports surfaced in the media stating that Offset is asking for spousal support from the rapper. In the clips of the live session, the 32-year-old singer, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, said that she has been covering all the expenses, including their tuition, classes and other things, without any support from him. Cardi B also mentioned that Offset is 'mentally f——d up right now" and might need immediate mental health help. 'You were never like this. I don't know what has happened in the past six-seven months. Are you on drugs?" the 32-year-old rapper said, further adding that he needed help to come to his senses. Despite the problems between them, Cardi B said that she lets Offset meet with their three children because they love him. The rapper, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, has yet to react to Cardi's accusations. On Cardi B's space, she goes off on Offset for trying to call her deadbeat mom. She said Offset hasn't spent a dime on the kids for the past 8 months. — Red Media (@RedMedia_us) May 30, 2025 Cardi B hosted the live session right after TMZ reported that Offset filed amended divorce papers in May, in which he asked his former wife to pay spousal support and joint custody of their kids. Moreover, Offset has also asked Cardi B's residence to be their primary address. In April, the rapper and singer, who filed for a divorce from Offset in August 2024 for the second time after seven years of marriage, accused him of giving her death threats and revenge porn while also claiming that he has been 'stalking" and 'harassing" her. In another of her lives on X Spaces, Cardi B said that Offset repeatedly tried to contact her, 'begging" to get back together. Reacting to the harassment, Cardi B revealed, 'Mind you, he sent text messages to somebody I was dealing with of videos of me and him having sex. That's the kind of s— that I was dealing with for the past two months." Cardi B also expressed her disgust over Offset's alleged 'explicit voicemails," saying that she is tired of his attempts to pull her self-esteem down. First Published:
