Osman to go back out on loan
Brighton have confirmed youngster Ibrahim Osman will join Ligue 1 club Auxerre on a season-long loan after a spending the 2024-25 campaign at Feyenoord. The 20-year-old joined Albion in February 2024 from Danish club FC Nordsjaelland where he scored 10 goals and claimed ten assists in 44 appearances, but has yet to make his Premier League debut. The club's technical director David Weir said: "Ibrahim had a good loan with Feyenoord last season where he gained experience in the Eredivisie and played in the Champions League."As with all of our young players, it's important that he gets as much game time and playing minutes at a high level. Joining Auxerre will provide that chance and will be another important part in his development, and we look forward to watching his progress this season."

Brighton & Hove Albion winger Ibrahim Osman has joined Auxerre on a season-long loan. The 20-year-old has joined the Ligue 1 side after spending the 2024/25 season on loan at Feyernoord. Brighton signed the then 19-year-old from Danish club FC Nordsjaelland in February 2024. Osman has also become a Ghana international since joining Brighton, making two appearances for their national team. There may be additional forward departures from Brighton in this window. The Athletic previously reported that Facundo Buonanotte, Julio Enciso, and Evan Ferguson, who all had loan spells at other Premier League clubs last season, could be on the move this summer. Amario Cozier-Duberry's season-long loan move to Bolton Wanderers was confirmed on Saturday.
