Head over Heels OTT Release Date: If you're someone who enjoys K-dramas packed with romance, school drama, and a little touch of magic, then this one might just win your heart. A new Korean drama titled Head Over Heels is all set to bring a sweet yet emotional love story to your screens. And guess what? You won't have to wait too long. It'll start streaming on Prime Video from June 23, 2025. What's Head Over Heels about? The story follows a high school girl named Park Seong-ah. She's your regular quiet, hardworking student during the day, but at night, she turns into something completely unexpected: a shaman called Fairy Cheon Ji. Yes, a real-life shaman who can see spirits, read people's futures, and talk to the other side. Everything changes for her when a boy named Bae Gyeon-woo transfers into her class. From the moment Seong-ah sees him, she knows he's in trouble. She sees a vision of his death. He's cursed with bad luck, and fate doesn't seem to be on his side. But instead of ignoring it, Seong-ah decides to fight it. She sets out on a risky path to protect him, even if it means messing with destiny. That's where the heart of the story lies: first love, fate, and the lengths we go for people we care about. Who's acting in it? Here's a quick look at the main cast: Cho Yi-hyun plays Park Seong-ah, the shy student who hides her double life as a shaman. Choo Young-woo is Bae Gyeon-woo, the new kid with a mysterious and dangerous fate. Choo Ja-hyun appears as Yeom-hwa, a powerful shaman who helps guide Seong-ah. Yoon Byung-hee plays Kkotdoryeong, a spirit from the shaman world. Cha Kang-yoon plays Ji-ho, one of their classmates who adds more drama to the school setting. Head Over Heels is directed by Kim Yong-wan, the same person who directed K-dramas like If You Wish Upon Me. The writing is done by Yang Ji-hoon, and the show is produced by Studio Dragon along with Dexter Studio and EO Contents Group. It's airing on tvN in South Korea, which is known for giving us shows like Crash Landing on You and Goblin. How many episodes are there? There are 12 episodes in total. K-Pop Star Choi Soo-young To Star With Ana de Armas And Keanu Reeves In Ballerina
Ballerina marks Choi Soo-young's Hollywood debut, where she takes on the role of Katla Park. The excitement for Ballerina among fans is at an all-time high, and the makers have just dropped fresh character posters featuring Ana de Armas as Eve Macarro and Keanu Reeves reprising his role as John Wick, among others. However, it's South Korean actress and Girls' Generation member Choi Soo-young, also known as Sooyoung, who is stealing the spotlight. Ballerina marks her Hollywood debut, where she plays Katla Park. One of Eve's first missions in the film is to protect Katla from dangerous enemies. Set during the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, Ballerina follows Eve, a young woman trained as an assassin at the Ruska Roma Ballet School after her father's death. As per IGN, 'Katla Park is the daughter of the Ruska Roma's colleague Il Seong. Eve's first field mission is to protect Katla Park at the lavish Minus Eleven club." Seeing Sooyoung among the key cast members has left her fans excited. Along with the makers, the idol also shared her official character poster on her social media and wrote, 'Protect her at all costs." The cast also includes Catalina Sandino Moreno, Gabriel Byrne, Choi Soo-young, David Castaneda, Robert Maaser, Sharon Duncan-Brewster and Norman Reedus. Keanu Reeves will also return as John Wick. Choi Soo-young has been a familiar face in the South Korean entertainment industry for years. She has impressed viewers with her roles in popular projects like Not Others, If You Wish Upon Me, Run On, and movies such as New Year Blues and Girl Cops. Now, she's ready to reach a global audience with her Hollywood debut in Ballerina.
