Industrial expansion: Abrar Infra secures Dh51 million contract in the UAE
A new milestone in Kezad
Abrar Infra Building Contracting LLC has announced the award of a major contract valued at Dh51 million for the Scandinavian Paper Industry project in Kezad, marking its fourth project in Kezad and a significant step in the company's industrial expansion. This also becomes Abrar's second major paper manufacturing industry project, underscoring its growing expertise in specialised industrial infrastructure.
This latest win reaffirms Abrar Infra's position as a preferred construction partner in the GCC's rapidly evolving industrial sector. Abrar also has ongoing industrial projects in Saudi Arabia — Dammam and Riyadh, and in Oman — Muscat and Sohar.

This vertical integration enhances project efficiency, improves quality control, and reflects Abrar's continued commitment to innovation and client satisfaction.

Mohammed Rahil Irfan, managing director, Scandinavian Paper Industry, spoke at the event regarding their decision to launch this new facility comes as part of its broader strategy to scale operations and meet the growing demand for high-quality state-of-the-art Kraft paper products in the region. The project is set to enhance their production capacity upto 200 tonnes per day with a plan to expand 400 tonnes per day in the next phase, improve supply chain efficiency, and strengthen their market presence across the GCC.
