I got matching tattoos with Harry Styles after meeting him in a hotel at 17 – now I'm the envy of every One Directioner

A YOUNG woman has revealed that when she was just 17, she 'snuck out' and got a matching tattoo with Harry Styles. Savannah Phillips, a young woman from the United States, has gone viral online after opening up about the tattoo story and is now the envy of every One Direction fan. Posting on social media, the blonde beauty shared a snap of her and Harry Styles, 31, from back in 2012, and claimed that Harry had sketched a heart for her, which she got tattooed on her ankle. After being bombarded with hundreds of questions from desperate One Direction fans who were eager to know more on the backstory, soon after Savannah uploaded a follow-up clip, whereby she explained how her friendship with Harry started. Savannah claimed that she first met Harry, who was recently spotted snogging a mystery woman at Glastonbury, and the rest of the One Direction band in Los Angeles, whilst out for her aunt's birthday at the W Hotel. Whilst eating lunch, Savannah and her family soon noticed that One Direction were sitting next to them and they eventually got talking. After finding out that it was one of One Direction's first times in LA, Savannah recommended they go to In-N-Out Burger - and before long, they were all there together. Not only this, but the lads then invited Savannah and her family to one of their concerts. Savannah and Harry in particular stayed connected through texting and just a few weeks later, when Savannah was only 17 at the time, she found herself in her car with Harry. They went to her house where they tucked into shrimp tacos and Harry shared his desire to get a tattoo that evening, as she explained: 'Harry kept mentioning throughout the night, 'I wanna get a tattoo'.' Savannah claimed that she had always wanted a tattoo, but her mother wouldn't allow it. Despite this, the pair soon found themselves in a tattoo parlour, as Savannah confessed: 'He goes and grabs a big piece of paper and a pen and he's just drawing something for like five, 10 minutes, and then he walks up to me with a piece of paper and is like 'get this'.' Harry Styles fans shocked as 1D star snaps pic of them on holiday in Rome - and DMs it to them months later Savannah confirmed that Harry had called her mum from the shop to get her approval and just minutes later, she had his sketched heart inked onto her ankle. Savannah beamed: 'I got it done and it didn't hurt, because I think my adrenaline was pumping so hard.' It was a very strange, surreal and sweet chapter of my life that I am very grateful for Savannah Phillips Savannah later confirmed that Harry also got inked whilst with her that same night. Reflecting on her friendship with Harry, Savannah acknowledged: 'People ask if we're still in touch and, no, I haven't been in touch with Harry for a very long time, but I know if I run into him on the street, he would give me a hug, it'd be like no time had passed. 'I still do keep in contact with some of the crew and the band members - we all have very different lives now, it was a very strange, surreal and sweet chapter of my life that I am very grateful for.' Which tattoos hurt the most? Depending on what part of your body you choose to ink, tattoos can range significantly in terms of pain levels. Some of the most painful areas are those where the skin tends to be thinner or closer to the bone. Each area has specific factors which contribute to the level of pain. Ribcage: Thin skin, little muscle, and many nerve endings. Feet and ankles: Many bones, tendons, and nerve endings close to the surface. Hands and fingers: Many bones, tendons, and nerve endings, resulting in increased pain during tattooing. Knuckles can be especially painful. Spine: Proximity of the spinal cord and nerve endings makes it sensitive. Tattooing directly over the vertebrae can be especially painful. Knees and elbows: Thin skin and little padding between the skin and the underlying bones. Armpits and groin: High concentration of nerve endings and lymph nodes. Neck and throat: Thin and sensitive skin, with many nerve endings and blood vessels close to the surface. Source: Tatt2Away Harry Styles' fans gasp The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @ thatsavchick, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and racked up 1.6 million views, 250,800 likes and 1,797 shares. Fans of Harry Styles were gobsmacked by Savannah's story and many raced to the comments to express their jealousy. One person asked: 'How does it feel to live every One Directioner's dream?' Another added: 'You're everything I ever wanted to be….' A third commented: "I'm not a jealous person but that changes today.' Someone else revealed: 'Teenage me would have been jealous of you.' Whilst one avid Harry Styles fan wrote: 'I will peel your skin off and wear it myself.'

In-N-Out Burger sues YouTuber who it says posed as an employee

In-N-Out Burger is suing a popular YouTuber who it says posed as an employee of the burger chain and filmed his interactions with customers, later posting the videos online. The lawsuit, filed in district court in central California, alleges that internet personality Bryan Arnett impersonated an In-N-Out worker by wearing a fake uniform bearing the company's trademarked branding. He duped customers into believing he represented the brand in order to damage its reputation, the complaint claims. Arnett filmed himself engaging with customers as he made "lewd, derogatory and profane remarks," In-N-Out Burger states in the suit. For example, while impersonating an employee, he led customers to believe that the company's food contained cockroaches and condoms, the restaurant chain alleges. He also told customers that restaurant associates "put their feet in lettuce served to customers," the lawsuit claims. Arnett did not immediately respond to CBS MoneyWatch's request for comment. In-N-Out, which was launched in 1948 and is based in Irvine, California, owns and operates restaurants in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Texas. In-N-Out is suing Arnett for alleged trademark infringement and business defamation, and is seeking to ban Arnett from its establishments. It also wants to require that he remove online posts and videos that refer to In-N-Out. The company is suing for damages and any profits he might have made from his videos. The prank videos have since been removed from Arnett's public YouTube channel and are no longer viewable online. Arnett has roughly 334,000 YouTube subscribers and shares videos online on a range of topics. In one video, for example, he tested Planet Fitness' policy that lets premium members work out as long as they want by spending 24 hours at the gym.

In-N-Out sues YouTuber who pretended to be employee and made lewd comments to customers in prank video

In-N-Out Burger has filed a federal lawsuit against YouTuber Bryan Arnett after he allegedly impersonated an employee and made lewd remarks to customers in a prank video. Arnett, who has over 600,000 followers across YouTube and Instagram, posted the video on April 25. Dressed in a red apron, white shirt, and paper In-N-Out hat, he posed as a drive-thru worker at a closed location, reportedly in Glendale, on Easter Sunday, when all the burger joints were closed for the holiday. In the video, which is now unsearchable and appears to have been taken down, Arnett takes fake orders, offers imaginary menu items, and makes vulgar comments. At one point, he asks a customer, 'I like watching my wife sleeping with other men. Is that something you'd be interested in?' In another part of the video, he and an accomplice joke about cockroaches and condoms in customer meals. Arnett has previously posted videos pranking the chain, including paying in pennies and hanging a fake employee-of-the-month plaque. This time, In-N-Out is taking legal action. The lawsuit, filed on June 20, accuses Arnett of falsely representing the company and defaming its brand with 'lewd, unsettling and bizarre' behavior. The company sent a cease-and-desist letter in early May. The suit seeks to ban Arnett from all In-N-Out locations, recoup any earnings from the video, and pursue damages. The Independent has reached out to In-N-Out for comment. Known for fiercely guarding its family-friendly image, the Southern California-based chain previously sued another YouTuber in 2018 over similar antics. In a new video, Arnett has responded to the lawsuit while eating In-N-Out in his car, SFGate reported. 'When I went out and filmed the video, I kinda knew what kind of waters I was stepping into,' he said. 'I knew I was kinda teetering the line a little bit, pushing my luck.' 'I wouldn't say I'm worried about the lawsuit,' he added. 'Like yeah, sure, it'll probably be annoying or whatever, but whatever's gonna happen is gonna happen.'

In-N-Out Burger Being Sued for $3.2 Million

In-N-Out Burger is packed seemingly every day with guests wanting a burger with fresh fries in a very limited (albeit popular) menu. As of March 2025, In-N-Out has 418 locations across the United States. Most are in California and the West Coast, but the company has started to venture out to Texas as well. Unfortunately, In-N-Out is being sued for a whopping $3.2 million by one former employee, and the reason is because of his hairstyle, per Annie Goodykoontz of The Los Angeles Times. "In-N-Out Burger is being sued for at least $3 million by a former employee for alleged racial discrimination involving the employee's hairstyle, according to a Los Angeles County Superior Court filing," the report stated. "According to the suit, 21-year-old Elijah Obeng, who is Black, said he experienced severe emotional distress after he was unfairly targeted by the burger chain's dress code. The dress code requires its employees to wear company-issued hats with their hair tucked in, and male employees must be clean-shaven, the lawsuit says." Obeng worked at the Compton In-N-Out store for nearly four years, and the report stated that the company took exception to his hairstyle and his sideburns with him even being sent home in May 2024 to shave his sideburns. Based on Obeng's lawsuit, the Creating a Respectful and Open Workplace for Natural Hair (CROWN Act) is what the company is in violation of, which prohibits employers from discriminating against employees based on their hairstyles and hair textures. The former employee's experience caused him 'anxiety, humiliation, and loss of dignity,' per the lawsuit. Moreover, In-N-Out responded and said that it was due to prior write-ups, but Obeng believes it was a discriminatory act resulting in his resistance against the dress code policy. From a financial aspect, a $3.2 million lawsuit is a small number compared to the $2 billion per year the company brings in, but dealing with this will likely bring negative attention to the well-known burger Burger Being Sued for $3.2 Million first appeared on Men's Journal on Jun 20, 2025
