Fox News contributor Raymond Arroyo joked that President Donald Trump might send a 'personalized' bomb to Queen Máxima of the Netherlands after a video showed the Dutch royal appearing to mock the president's mouth movements. Friday's episode of 'The Ingraham Angle' addressed the now-viral footage from this week's NATO summit in the Netherlands. The clip shows Trump posing for a photo with Queen Máxima and her husband, King Willem-Alexander. After Trump says, 'Thank you very much,' Máxima turns away and makes some movements with her lips and tongue. It's unclear exactly what she was doing, but many people interpreted it as her making fun of Trump. Neither Máxima nor Trump have commented publicly on the video, but Arroyo jumped in with his take on Friday. 'She's clearly making fun of his mouth... You know, doing the Trump lip thing,' the pundit said. Then he quipped that the Dutch queen should watch out — or else. 'She better be careful, you know. She could get a personalized bunker buster from Daddy Trump if she's not really careful,' he said, referencing the bombs the U.S. used to strike Iran's nuclear sites earlier this month. Fox News beats ABC, NBC, CBS during weekday primetime while CNN has lowest-rated week of year
Fox News Channel beat all broadcast networks in a key metric last week as CNN had its lowest-rated week of the year. Fox News averaged 2.7 million viewers during primetime on weekdays from May 26-30, compared to 2.4 million for NBC, 2.4 million for CBS and 2.3 million for ABC. While Fox News prevailed against the trio of broadcast networks, it also obliterated CNN. Fox News averaged 1.5 million total day viewers from May 26 through June 1, compared to a dismal 308,000 for CNN. During primetime, Fox News averaged 2.3 million viewers while CNN settled for only 374,000. It was much of the same among the advertiser-coveted demographic of adults aged 25-54, as Fox News delivered 175,000 total day demo viewers and 240,000 during primetime, compared to 49,000 total day and 61,000 primetime demo viewers for CNN. CNN finished with its worst week of the year across both primetime and total day as Fox News had its highest cable news share since inauguration week. Along the way, the top 100 cable news telecasts for the week all aired on Fox News. "The Five" averaged 3.7 million total viewers and 409,000 in the critical demo to lead cable news in both categories. "Special Report with Bret Baier," "The Ingraham Angle," "Jesse Watters Primetime," "Hannity," "FOX News @ Night," "Gutfeld!," "Outnumbered," "The Will Cain Show," "America's Newsroom," "America Reports" and Harris Faulkner's "The Faulkner Focus" all had strong weeks, too, to help Fox News crush CNN. China vows to defend 'justice' in looming trade talks with US
Since Trump returned to the White House in January, his administration has levied new tariffs totalling 145 percent on goods from China, with some sector-specific measures stacked on top. Beijing retaliated by slapping 125 levies on US imports to China, along with more targeted measures. This week's talks mark the first official public engagement between the world's two largest economies to resolve that trade war. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and US Trade Representative (USTR) Jamieson Greer will attend the talks on behalf of the United States, their offices said. Bessent told Fox News that the sides would hold meetings on Saturday and Sunday intended to lay the groundwork for future negotiations. "We will agree what we're going to talk about. My sense is that this will be about de-escalation, not about the big trade deal," Bessent told "The Ingraham Angle" show. "We've got to de-escalate before we can move forward," he added. Vice Premier He Lifeng will attend on Beijing's behalf, China's foreign ministry announced. Beijing's commerce ministry vowed the country would "defend justice" and stand by its principles during the talks. "If the US wants to resolve the issue through negotiations, it must face up to the serious negative impact of unilateral tariff measures on itself and the world," a ministry's spokesperson said. "If the US talks in one way and acts in another, or even attempts to continue to coerce and blackmail China under the guise of talks, China will never agree," they added. Beijing, the spokesperson vowed, would not "sacrifice its principled position and international fairness and justice to seek any agreement." The USTR announced that Greer would also meet with "his counterpart from the People's Republic of China to discuss trade matters," without naming He. The tit-for-tat tariffs have left the two nations with cripplingly high levies that have shocked financial markets and reportedly caused a sharp slowdown in bilateral trade. "This isn't sustainable, as I have said before, especially on the Chinese side. 145 percent, 125 percent is the equivalent of an embargo. We don't want to decouple. Trump administration refers NY AG Letitia James for possible prosecution over allegations of mortgage fraud
New York Attorney General Letitia James has been hit with shocking allegations by the Trump administration, accusing her of mortgage fraud. In documents obtained by Fox News Channel's The Ingraham Angle, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice, accusing James of mortgage fraud. FHFA Director William Pulte said in a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi that James appears to have falsified records in order to meet certain lending requirements and receive favorable loan terms. Pulte cited a property in Virginia that James allegedly claimed as her principal residence, and a property in New York that she claimed as a four-unit structure instead of five, which he said could mean she was able to get a different and more favorable loan. Fox News contributor and George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley told Ingraham the irony of James getting accused of falsifying records is "perfectly crushing." "This is a person who prosecuted Trump for everything short of ripping a label off a mattress, and among the charges that were brought in New York, in just the civil but the criminal case, was making false or misleading statements to financial institutions," Turley said. "As for James, if we apply the Letitia James standard that she created, there'd be little question here. This seems pretty straightforward." He explained that the Trump administration is saying this was not her principal residence because, as a New York elected official, she has to say her principal residence is in New York. James is also accused of stating that her father is her husband in order to file as a married couple, Turley added. "The Supreme Court just stated earlier in March, in a case called Thompson, that they want to see knowing false statements under sections like 10-14, not just misleading statements," Turley said. "These are misleading statements: either it's your principal residence or it's not. Either you're married to your father or he's your father." The DOJ and James did not respond to Fox News on the matter. The issue has been prosecuted in the past, but as Turley said on the Ingraham Angle, the "documents themselves are quite damning." The New York Post reported that the documents show that the property James purchased with her father had both parties listed as "husband and wife" in 1983 and 2000. "While this was a long time ago, it raises serious concerns about the validity of Ms. James representations on mortgage applications," Pulte reportedly wrote. James brought forth a civil fraud suit against President Donald Trump, the Trump Organization and its senior leadership in 2022, frequently sitting in the courtroom throughout the proceedings, and celebrated the prosecution of Trump in the Manhattan criminal trial over the 34 counts of falsifying business records. Trump was ordered to pay a $454 million civil fraud judgment in James' lawsuit against him, which is currently on appeal. So far in 2025, James has spearheaded at least five legal actions against the Trump administration, including leading a coalition of state attorneys general to sue the federal government to halt DOGE's access to the Treasury Department's internal systems, as well as another lawsuit related to the Trump admin slashing grant funding to research institutions and universities.
