US-based Inszone Insurance Services has expanded its presence in Oklahoma with the acquisition of Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed to the public. Set up in 2003, the acquired company is active in the Oklahoma insurance market and has established a second office in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. It specialises in commercial insurance, with a focus on the oil and gas industry, in addition to its auto, home and benefits portfolio.
