"Katie and JJ went to Ireland a few months ago and Katie took him to Conor McGregor's pub and introduced them. "Katie was already following Conor on socials, and after that he followed her back and JJ also started following Conor. "Now, after Katie was snapped partying with Conor in Ibiza, JJ has unfollowed Conor. "He didn't like seeing the pictures of them having a whale of a time on the party island, he thought it looked disrespectful.' JJ, who found fame on Married at First Sight UK, has been dating Katie since earlier this year, with the pair recently enjoying a string of PDA-filled outings. Katie's tiny figure was on full display as she cuddled up with Conor during the wild party earlier this month. "Yes that what I've wanted to do, I've wanted to lose weight. "Because the past three, four years ago when I broke my feet and I was in a wheelchair for 10 months because they said I'd never walk again, and obviously you put weight on being in a wheelchair. "And then I did all the IVF stuff, that also puts on weight. "So yeah I did put on weight and I hated it, I felt uncomfortable and it wasn't me." She then explained how, after finishing her failed IVF treatment, she became more active with healthy eating. "Everyone is talking about it - it's driving me mad," she said. "I'm healthy and I do eat. "If you look at old old pictures of me in the Jordan days, I was always skinny." The mum-of-five underwent a £1,500 bum filler procedure in May which she livestreamed on TikTok from the operating table. She told the camera: 'You can grow old gracefully, but I don't want to grow old gracefully. "If there's procedures out there to be done, I will take advantage of them. And at least I'm being honest.' JJ Slater sparked concern among social media followers on Sunday evening after revealing he had been admitted to hospital. The on-off boyfriend of former glamour model Katie Price, who has type 1 diabetes, was forced to take precautionary measures after suffering a setback with the chronic autoimmune condition. Taking to Instagram, Slater, 32, shared a photo of one tattooed arm fitted with a peripheral venous catheter shortly after arriving at a local accident and emergency department. It is not the first health worry for Married At First Sight star JJ Slater, with Katie Price left concerned about her boyfriend after a worrying night for the 32-year-old JJ Slater was rushed to hospital again overnight and updated fans on his health battle. Katie Price's boyfriend shared a worrying photo from hospital which revealed a syringe in his arm. He explained the reasons behind why he went this morning after uploading the painful snap to Instagram. The 32-year-old captioned the image 'Hate to see it. The reality of living with type 1 diabetes. Late nights in A&E.' The former Married at First Sight star, whose real name is John Joe, had made his condition public last year, which led Katie to reach out to him on social media. JJ was rushed to hospital days before Christmas 2023 as he lost 1.5 stone in three weeks and his blood sugar levels were found to be dangerously high. Doctors diagnosed him with type 1 diabetes - and he will now need to inject himself with insulin four times per day and regulate his food intake. The reality star has been opening up about his health ordeal and how it will change his life. His condition was discovered after blood tests, taken after this weight dropped, revealed he was at risk of diabetic ketoacidosis, which can be life-threatening. JJ told the MailOnline: 'The first signs were that I always felt thirsty and needed to go the toilet in the middle of the night. I was waking up 4-5 times needing the toilet. Then I started to lose weight quite quickly. I lost about a stone and a half in three weeks, but I was still eating the same and going to the gym every day.' JJ said he felt like his body was 'deteriorating' and he noticed he was feeling lightheaded frequently. He went for a blood test and was alarmed the next morning when he had a string of missed calls from medics and a message telling him to go to hospital immediately. JJ explained: 'The average person's blood sugar is 4-7 and mine was 34, so mine was super high and there are a lot of complications that come with that. Your blood can become acidic, which is called DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis)... they were afraid that my glucose was so high that the process had already started. Luckily, it hasn't so being diagnosed before that happened was crucial.' He is now coming to terms with his diabetes diagnosis - and admits he didn't realise it was a condition that young people can be diagnosed with. He said: 'Type 1 is an autoimmune disease whereas type 2 is brought on by lifestyle and you can help it with diet but type 1 it is what it is. For the rest of my life, I will have this and it's getting my head around that. I've lived my whole life until the age of 31 and now this has happened.'

"I had a blood test and my doctor said I probably wouldn't hear anything until after Christmas, but I woke up the following morning to three missed calls from 111 and voicemails saying 'as soon as you wake up, go to hospital' … I have never woken up so quickly. "I panicked thinking it was the worst news."
