Love Island: Beyond the Villa – Host, cast and everything you need to know
By Aman Shukla Published on July 14, 2025, 19:00 IST Last updated July 14, 2025, 12:16 IST Love Island: Beyond the Villa is the exciting new spinoff from the wildly popular Love Island USA Season 6, which became a pop culture sensation in the summer of 2024. Premiering on Peacock on July 13, 2025, this reality series takes fans outside the tropical villa to follow their favorite Islanders as they navigate life in Los Angeles. From new careers to evolving friendships and complex relationships, this show promises drama, heart, and plenty of surprises. Here's everything you need to know about the host, cast, and what makes this spinoff a must-watch. Who Hosts Love Island: Beyond the Villa? Love Island: Beyond the Villa doesn't have a confirmed main host, which is a bit of a curveball compared to Love Island USA 's Ariana Madix, who's been serving looks and witty one-liners. But don't worry—Ariana, Vanderpump Rules queen, still pops up in the spinoff with a special cameo. In the trailer, she's chilling with the PPG trio (Serena Page, Leah Kateb, and JaNa Craig) at her L.A. sandwich shop, Something About Her. She's all smiles, but don't expect her to guide the whole show. Instead, the series leans into a no-host vibe, letting the Islanders' real lives take center stage. It's less about a host narrating the chaos and more about raw, unfiltered moments—think documentary-style reality TV with a side of Love Island spice. What Is Love Island: Beyond the Villa About? Love Island: Beyond the Villa follows the Season 6 Islanders as they transition from the controlled environment of the Fiji villa to the fast-paced world of Los Angeles. The show dives into their lives post-villa, exploring themes like: New Careers : The Islanders are chasing professional opportunities, from brand partnerships to acting gigs. For example, Season 6 winner Kordell Beckham is filming a scripted project, Southern Fried Rice , with Keke Palmer, which explains his absence from the main cast. Evolving Friendships : The trailer hints at tension, particularly between besties Kaylor Martin and Olivia 'Liv' Walker, who argue over glam and spray tans, leading to emotional moments. Complex Relationships : Romantic connections from Season 6 are tested in the real world. Serena Page and Kordell Beckham navigate the strain of busy careers, while JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodriguez debate moving in together. Exes Kaylor Martin and Aaron Evans also face awkward reunions. Newfound Fame: The Islanders grapple with the spotlight, social media buzz, and the pressures of being reality TV stars after Season 6's record-breaking success, which saw 919.1 million viewing minutes in its second week. This spinoff is a fresh take on the Love Island franchise, moving away from the dating competition format to a more documentary-style look at life after the villa. Expect drama, heartfelt moments, and plenty of the chaotic energy that made Season 6 a hit. Meet the Cast of Love Island: Beyond the Villa The main cast features fan-favorite Islanders from Love Island USA Season 6, with a few notable absences and surprise cameos: JaNa Craig : Part of the iconic PPG trio, JaNa navigates her relationship with Kenny Rodriguez and questions about cohabitation. Leah Kateb : Another PPG member, Leah introduces her partner Miguel Harichi to her horse, hinting at a playful take on 'parenthood.' Serena Page : The Season 6 winner, Serena balances her relationship with Kordell Beckham while dealing with his demanding career. Aaron Evans : Aaron faces tension with ex Kaylor Martin, stirring up unresolved feelings from their villa breakup. Miguel Harichi : Paired with Leah, Miguel brings humor to the show, especially when reacting to a crying baby doll sent to them. Kaylor Martin : Known for her emotional moments, Kaylor deals with friendship drama with Liv and a tense reunion with Aaron. Connor Newsum : A Season 6 favorite, Connor explores life in L.A. as he adjusts to fame. Kenny Rodriguez : JaNa's partner, Kenny faces decisions about their future together. Olivia 'Liv' Walker : Liv's friendship with Kaylor hits a rough patch, leading to emotional confrontations. Kendall Washington: Kendall navigates lingering feelings with ex Nicole Jacky, who makes a cameo. Notable Cameos Kordell Beckham : While not part of the main cast due to his acting commitments, Kordell appears in the trailer, discussing career opportunities that keep him away from Serena. Nicole Jacky : She makes a surprise appearance, hinting at unresolved issues with Kendall. Other Islanders: Peacock has teased additional former Islanders appearing throughout the season, though names like Robert Rausch, a Season 5 and 6 veteran, are notably absent from the main cast. When and Where to Watch Love Island: Beyond the Villa Love Island: Beyond the Villa premiered on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on Peacock, coinciding with the Love Island USA Season 7 finale. ‘Love Island' Trio Leah, Serena and JaNa Are About to Get Vulnerable on ‘Beyond the Villa' Spinoff
For Love Island USA fans who have been missing their favorite girl group, PPG (Powerpuff Girls), worry no longer: Leah Kateb, Serena Page and JaNa Craig are back together in Peacock spinoff Love Island: Beyond the Villa. The trio skyrocketed to fame during season six of Love Island USA last year, which became a cultural sensation thanks to plenty of iconic moments between the Islanders in the Villa as they all searched for love. Kateb, Page and Craig found just what they were looking for — they're all still together with the men they met on the show, Miguel Harichi, Kordell Beckham and Kenny Rodriguez, respectively — and more, as the trio also formed a close-knit bond as friends that America also became obsessed with. Craig describes season one of the spinoff as a 'beautiful roller coaster,' adding, 'It's gonna be so much fun. There's a lot of vulnerable moments. You get to see more and more of our personal lives.' Beyond the Villa also features season six Islanders Aaron Evans, Kaylor Martin, Connor Newsum, Liv Walker and Kendall Washington, as well as appearances from other former Islanders. Below, Kateb, Page and Craig open up to The Hollywood Reporter about how they maintain their close friendship, navigating their relationships a year later and what Love Island USA fans can expect from the rest of season one of Beyond the Villa. *** How do you navigate keeping a close bond between you three while also having your own lives and relationships? CRAIG Thank God for group chat. PAGE Right, group chats, and it's like any other adult long distance, not even long distance because she's [JaNa] basically 45 minutes away. So it's like any like adult relationship you would navigate. You text, you catch up when y'alls schedules align, y'all go to dinner. It's like any regular like friendship. But we actually probably spend a hell of a lot of time together. CRAIG We have dinner after this. Serena, you mentioned in episode one of that you have some separation anxiety with Kordell when he travels for work. How do you balance growing your relationship while also each chasing your personal goals? PAGE Actual separation anxiety was a stretch and a bit dramatic (Laughs). We've been away from each other all of two weeks total, so let's just put that into perspective. I was being dramatic. But it's weird to have him not around. We both feel weird because we'll both have a full day of work, but we usually come to one of our houses by the end of the night. So it's weird when we're in different states, but it's work. I've done a long-distance relationship before; communication is key. Can you all tease what viewers are in for during the rest of this season of ? CRAIG A beautiful roller coaster. It's gonna be so much fun. There's a lot of vulnerable moments. You get to see more and more of our personal lives. It's a lot, you'll see. A year after leaving the Villa, what do you make of how far you all have come as friends as well as in your individual relationships? And what do you hope for the future? PAGE Going forward, we each have such amazing opportunities and aspirations, so honestly just being each other's biggest cheerleaders. Same goes with our men and vice versa, and just rooting for each other and taking it day by day, because you never know what the next week will bring. There will probably be something in a few days that one of us has to announce. What's your favorite part about showing a new side of your lives in ? KATEB It's been really fun being able to see us in different ways and honestly different clothes even (Laughs). We get to wear jeans, a lot more casual. It's still the same us but it's in a different setting, so you still feel that familiar feeling with us, but it's all different. We're doing different things like it's really fun. Are there any moments this season that you're most excited for fans to see? PAGE Malibu Wines. KATEB It was a PPG day and that was really fun. My favorite days of filming. We got to drink. *** Love Island: Beyond the Villa is currently streaming on Peacock, with new episodes dropping every Thursday. I Watched 'Love Island: Beyond the Villa' & This Detail About The Islanders May Shock You
The Love Island USA season six cast is back and, honestly, I didn't realize how much I missed them until I hit play on Love Island: Beyond the Villa. The new Peacock spinoff reunites some of our favorite Islanders from last summer—JaNa Craig, Leah Kateb, Serena Page, Kenny Rodriguez, Miguel Harichi, Kaylor Martin, Aaron Evans, Olivia Walker, Kendall Washington and Connor Newsum—and drops them back into each other's lives one year after the villa. Let's just say, things are not as sunny as they once seemed. Right off the bat, it feels like a real reunion. The energy between JaNa, Serena and Leah—aka PPG—is still unmatched. And seeing where all the couples and friendships landed post-show adds a layer of realness you never quite get during the villa bubble. The show catches us up on what everyone's been doing but it's not just vibes and vibes only—some serious tension is bubbling to the surface. The first signs of trouble? The unraveling friendship between Liv and Kaylor. By the end of the episode, the two are already clashing, with Liv telling a few lies (about parties and glam, apparently) and Kaylor feeling iced out. Then there's the reunion between Kaylor and Aaron. I'm talking tense eye contact, awkward exchanges and clearly a whole lot left unsaid. Meanwhile, the JaNa and Connor drama from the villa is still simmering and Kenny's right in the middle of it but, of course, he's standing by JaNa like the loyal boyfriend he is. The first episodes take a moment to warm up, offering more heartwarming moments than drama—mostly the cast catching up by the pool or over a meal, Miguel meeting Leah's animals and Kendall casually flirting with a new girl. Still, I'm not worried. With this cast, the emotional stakes feel high and the feelings genuinely real. The most surprising part? The Islanders are exactly who they appeared to be on the show. It seems they were truly authentic both inside and outside the villa, which is honestly refreshing. My final verdict: I'll keep watching. Ultimately, I came for the nostalgia but I'm staying for the inevitable drama to come. Want all the latest entertainment news sent right to your inbox? Click here. Rob Rausch Walks Away From Love Island Spin Off. Here's His Reason
Love Island: Beyond the Villa will follow some popular contestants from the last season as they face new challenges in Los Angeles. Love Island USA fans have something exciting to look forward to in 2025. Instead of waiting until 2026, a new spinoff called Love Island: Beyond the Villa will bring more Islanders back on screen much sooner. The upcoming series will follow some popular contestants from the last season, as they face new challenges in Los Angeles. But Robert 'Rob" Rausch won't be part of the spinoff because he doesn't live in LA and the show focuses on Islanders living in that city. Rob recently talked about his decision during an Instagram live with JaNa Craig, who also lives outside LA but chose to join the show. Rob said, 'The only reason I didn't do it is just because like, what do you want me to do? Just show up and say, 'Hey, this is my life. I live here for eight weeks.' It just didn't make sense. It was unauthentic to me. So I was like, 'Yeah, I don't think I can do it'." JaNa, speaking about joining Love Island: Beyond the Villa, shared that when she found out the show will be filmed in Los Angeles, she reminded the team that she usually handles all her work from Las Vegas. Still, her team helped her by setting up content and projects she could work on for YouTube and TikTok during the two months of filming in LA. She also mentioned that the show followed her real life, just like the makers promised. Because of that, she started to understand why Rob chose not to join the show, as getting followed by cameras every day was not always easy. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Toohotteaa (@toohotteaa) Other than JaNa Craig, Love Island: Beyond the Villa will also feature Leah Kateb, Miguel Harichi, Kenny Rodriguez, Serena Page, Kaylor Martin, Aaron Evans, Kendall Washington, Olivia Walker and Connor Newsum. While Rob won't be part of the Love Island spin off in Los Angeles, he has other plans. He will be heading to Scotland to appear in season 4 of The Traitors. Meanwhile, fans can look forward to Love Island: Beyond the Villa, which is set to premiere on July 16, 2025. First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
