Intense First Trailer for Taylor Kitsch and Chris Pratt's THE TERMINAL LIST: DARK WOLF — GeekTyrant
Prime Video has released the teaser trailer for the highly anticipated action-drama series, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. I was a big fan of The Terminal List, and this spinoff looks great! The series stars Taylor Kitsch as Ben Edwards, and the teaser offers a look at his origin story before the events of The Terminal List. The prequel series follows Ben Edwards throughout his journey from the Navy SEALs to the clandestine side of CIA Special Operations. The series is an espionage thriller that explores the darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it. Kitsch said: 'Digging into Ben's origin with Dark Wolf was a blast. This season goes even deeper—there's more grit, more heart, and a lot more on the line. It's raw, it's honest, and it really lets you see the heart of who he is. 'I have so much respect for the military and SEAL community and loved showing their brotherhood, the things you fight to hold onto, and just letting it all play out. I think fans are going to have a great time with it,' said Taylor Kitsch, Executive Producer and star of Dark Wolf.' It also features Chris Pratt reprising his role as James Reece. The series was co-created by The New York Times bestselling author of The Terminal List, Jack Carr, and Season One creator-showrunner David DiGilio. It'sexplained that authenticity is a core pillar of The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, 'with military veterans contributing as writers, actors, on-set technical advisors, and executive producers, the series is committed to portraying the mindset, brotherhood, and moral complexity of Special Operations with respect and realism.' The cast also includes Tom Hopper as Raife Hastings, Robert Wisdom as Jed Haverford, Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq, Rona-Lee Shimon as Eliza Perash, Shiraz Tzarfati as Tal Varon, Jared Shaw as Ernest 'Boozer' Vickers, and more. The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is executive produced by Taylor Kitsch alongside Chris Pratt through Indivisible Productions, writer and showrunner David DiGilio, author Jack Carr, Antoine Fuqua and Kat Samick through Hill District Media, former Army Ranger and writer Max Adams, and former Navy SEAL, writer, and technical advisor Jared Shaw, as well as Emmy-winning (Shōgun) pilot director Frederick E.O. Toye. The series is produced by Amazon MGM Studios and MRC and Civic Center Media. Dark Wolf will premiere the first three episodes on Wednesday, August 27, 2025,

This Terminal List actor is completely unrecognisable after being completely transformed by his hair and make up team. And this is, like, this moustache, this hair is all a wig. 'It's a fake beard. It looks freaking incredible.' 'The crazy thing about wearing a fake moustache or a fake beard is when you eat, you get hair in your mouth, which is gross, because it's definitely someone else's hair and and you don't know who's where it came from,' he added. 'I mean, look at that hair, where that come from? What I mean is that … that's not … you don't think it's, is it someone's pubes? No. 'Anyways, I don't care. I'm hungry.' In the series, Chris plays Lieutenant Commander James Reece, a NAVY Seal who finds himself struggling against people working against him after an operation goes wrong. The bloody series saw Reece go rogue to get his own form of justice for his team after being given a terminal diagnosis. The first season became an instant smash hit upon its release in 2022, and while it was renewed in 2023 for a second season, it's only filming now. Prime Video has also confirmed a prequel series, Terminal List: Dark Wolf, has been given the green light, and will star The Umbrella Academy 's Tom Hopper, Taylor Kitsch and Luke Hemsworth.
