Now Jack has shared the heartbreaking reason behind his determination to turn his life around. Writing on Instagram, he said: 'I got called a fat 33 year old loser, a s*** boxer and everybody knows I'm s***. 'Imagine that from a 'loved one'. Only makes me have more heart and determination. 'I'll never stop training as hard as I can and I will reach my goal of southern area champion in professional boxing.' Jack added: 'Hurt my feelings but [I'm] using that as fuel. The backing I have, I can't lose now. My trainers believe in me so I believe in myself. Sticks and stones.' Opening up about his long battle with bulimia recently, Jack told how he'd go days without eating and, at one point, weighed just over eight stone. Speaking exclusively to The Sun, he said: 'I have been a bulimic for 19 years, bingeing on food and then being sick. 'There have been days when I have ordered a McDonald's breakfast on Uber Eats, then gone to the Co-op and bought 12 bags of salt- and-vinegar McCoy's crisps, then had bags and bags of fizzy belt sweets. 'I have had two large Domino's pizzas with all the sides. It makes me feel ashamed. Jack Fincham reveals been secretly battling bulimia for 20 years "There have been so many times that I have gone to the garage and got the same thing — a Ginsters Cornish pasty, one of their peppered steak slices, a sausage roll, bags of sweets and more McCoy's. 'I'd eat it all, then go to the downstairs toilet at my mum's — because nobody could hear me, as it was in the hall, next to the front door. I know it's gross, but for years I didn't actually think I had a problem.' He added: "I'd go three days with hardly any food and was so starving, my mum asked my boxing club if I could eat. 'They told her I could have a jacket potato with beans. I weighed just 52kg." Jack won Love Island in 2018 with ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer. The couple split just nine months later. Since then Jack has been in an on/off relationship with former Towie star Chloe Brockett, with him confirming last month they'd split for the eighth time. 5 Jack won Love Island with ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer in 2018 Credit: Shutterstock

Chloe Brockett admits 'I've lost myself' after Jack Fincham split

The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Brockett is trying to rebuild her life following her latest split with on-off boyfriend Jack Fincham - who shot to fame on Love Island Chloe Brockett has admitted she has lost herself following her split from Love Island star Jack Fincham. The 24-year-old The Only Way Is Essex star has been in an on-off romance with Jack, 34, since 2019. But the once happy romance collapsed again earlier this month and now the pair are rebuilding their lives as singletons. The split may have hit Chloe hard, however, as she has confessed she is not feeling herself. ‌ Taking to Instagram Stories on Wednesday, the ITV star shared a heartfelt update after fans connected with her following her break up. She admitted she was feeling uneasy - but went on to explain she has devised a way to pick herself up. ‌ She told followers: "I'm going to try and talk to you more on here because yesterday the amount of messages I got was crazy. But even in other aspects of my life I feel like I've completely lost myself. I used to be the most ambitious, driven person." She continued: "I lived by manifestation and was constantly writing down things about what I want to do next and how I'm going to improve myself. Over the last year, I don't know what happened, but it just felt like that motivation is gone. "I see glimmers of it and I have ideas and I just never run with it. I don't know why, I just had this idea that if I maybe like sharing with you guys, the steps I'm taking to try and get back to myself, like, it's day one." She went on: "So I don't know what I'm going to try and do, but I just didn't know if there is anyone else feeling like how I feel or feeling like they've completely lost themselves and if this will benefit anyone else. Because if it does, then let me know." Sounding upbeat, she said: "Maybe I could have a little community on here of women or whoever that are trying to get back to themselves and how we are doing it. ‌ "For me it's going to be waking up early because I never wake up early. I wake up early and do things I enjoy. I want to go to Pilates and do things that make me happy. And then also getting driven with my career again. My podcasts and stuff like that. Even if no one listens. Just bring it back. "I just want to be honest and open with you guys because it's so easy to think everything's perfect on social media and everyone's life is great just because they have been in the public eye. "I'm so lucky in so many aspects of my life. I'm so lucky that I've got a beautiful home and beautiful car, but I have completely lost myself and I just want to get back to who I was and I want to share it with you guys. And maybe build a little community." ‌ Chloe then shared a story about how her friend Ashley, who she has only ever connected to via social media, had given her an idea to do a "30 day challenge". She explained: "I'm going to do a 30 day challenge of basically just doing things and trying to better myself. So I'm to get up at 6. I'm going to do it. I'm going to commit to the challenge. "Tomorrow, if anyone wants to get up at 6 with me, I'm getting messages from people, 'I'm a new mum, I'll already be up.' I'm going to try and do an hours worth of Yoga or meditation or even just got to the gym, and I'm going to get up and try to do things for me." She went on to urge other people to join her on the challenge and vowed to share updates - and asked her followers to share their stories too. She added that she is not "a guru", but encouraged both male and female followers to join her regardless. ‌ Chloe then shared a screenshot from a fan showing that they had set an alarm for 6am and vowed to follow her example. The reality star added a caption stating: "Now I'm crying... you guys are bloody amazing." Earlier this week, Jack confirmed that his romance with Chloe was over during a Q&A with fans. The aspiring sportsman was asked if he was still dating the reality star and he confirmed in the negative. He wrote via Instagram Stories on Tuesday: "No. It's a single summer of boxing and working as hard as I can.'

Jack Fincham confirms split from on-off girlfriend Chloe Brockett for the EIGHTH time as he reveals he is having a 'single summer' while she focuses on her racy career

Jack Fincham has confirmed he and Chloe Brockett have split again as she focuses on her sexy new Only Fans career. The former Love Island winner, 34, and the TV personality, 24, have had a tumultuous relationship over the years after first getting together in 2019. Now, Jack has revealed their relationship is over for the eighth time, just weeks after rekindling their romance for the seventh occasion. During a Q&A with his Instagram fans, Jack was asked by one fan if he and the former TOWIE star are still together. Sharing a snap of himself at the gym, he simply replied: 'No it's a single summer of boxing and working as hard as I can.' MailOnline has contacted Chloe's representative for comment. The former Love Island winner, 34, and the TV personality, 24, have had a tumultuous relationship over the years after first getting together in 2019 Since leaving TOWIE in 2023, Chloe has pursued a career sharing steamy content on OnlyFans. Earlier this week, the star set pulses racing in a skimpy red lace body, which showcased her enviable figure. The on-off couple most recently called time on their relationship back in April after 'a stressful year'. Yet things appeared to be back on track with the couple earlier this month after they were spotted shopping at Sainsbury's in Grays, Essex. A source told The Sun at the time: 'Chloe and Jack have been on and off for months but have finally put their differences aside to give their relationship another chance. 'They really want to make it work so have been enjoying some lowkey dates as they gradually build the trust. 'They have realised they have something special so want to put their time and energy into making it work.' They then sparked further rumours of a reconciliation when they shared snaps on their respective Instagram accounts from the same East London market. Taking a visit to Columbia Road Flower Market, Jack shared a snap outside the Birdcage pub. Chloe then also posted a picture from the same spot as she posed with a huge bouquet of flowers. Jack and Chloe first got together in 2019 but have split several times over the years and even moved in together before their seventh split. It has been a difficult time for Jack, who last month revealed he has been secretly battling bulimia for two decades as he opened up on his struggles with his mental health. Jack said he developed the eating disorder at the age of 14 when he started out as a boxer due to the pressures of getting down to his fighting weight. He revealed he now needs 'daily medication' because of the damage his decades-long battle with bulimia has done to his body. 'I have been a bulimic for 19 years, bingeing on food and then being sick,' he told The Sun. 'I'm in agony without daily medication, I could be on them forever, I don't know.' Bulimia (bulimia nervosa) is an eating disorder and a serious mental health condition characterised by struggles with binge eating and purging.
