Jack Whitehall reveals holiday disaster as fiancée Roxy Horner shares a sizzling bikini snap during their Greece getaway
Jack Whitehall has shared details of a holiday mishap during his Greek getaway with fiancée Roxy Horner. The comedian, 37, took to Instagram on Friday to post a series of snaps documenting an unexpected setback - a flat tyre. In his first post, Jack posed for a selfie beside the stranded car, letting fans know about the breakdown. This was quickly followed by a video of him sitting in the passenger seat while Roxy, 34, took over the wheel, navigating what looked like a deserted stretch of road. Captioning the post with his signature humour, Jack wrote: 'Turns out I can't drive or navigate. Oops. There goes the deposit.' Thankfully, the couple appeared to make it safely back to their villa. Later, Roxy treated her followers to a stunning bikini shot on her Instagram Stories, showcasing her toned figure in a striking red two-piece that turned plenty of heads. Jack and Roxy confirmed their engagement earlier this year following a flurry of speculation. The model revealed the pair were indeed set to tie the knot as she showed off her pear-shaped diamond ring in December. Taking to her Instagram ahead of New Year's Eve, she shared a compilation of all her highlights from the last two months of 2024, including several looks at her huge sparkler and a glimpse of the moment Jack popped the question. And further confirming that the couple were to become husband and wife, she shared a photo of Jack with the caption: 'Best fiancé in the world', followed by a diamond ring emoji. The video began with Roxy showing a diamond ring balloon and engagement box-themed Christmas tree ornament, before she spun her own hand around to reveal her real ring. While one shot appeared to hint at Jack's romantic proposal, as Roxy showed off her dazzling rock in front of a line of lit-up Christmas trees. Captioning the special reel, she penned: 'How could I fit in a whole year of highlights in one video? Here is a snippet of the last 2 magical months of 2024, feeling utterly blessed.' The video was met with a plethora of well wishes from her pals and fans, with one notable comment being from her new fiancé, who simply penned: 'My love', along with three red heart emojis. The couple had previously sparked rumours they were set to walk down the aisle, when the mother-of-one showed off a huge diamond ring at Winter Wonderland last month. Snapping selfies with Jack and Elsie, Roxy could also be seen sporting a tear shaped diamond set on a silver band on her engagement finger. The couple have been in a relationship since 2020, before welcoming daughter Elsie in September 2023 at the iconic Lindo Wing, in which a host of royals have given birth. Jack admitted the experience was both 'utterly overwhelming' and 'joyous' in ways he 'couldn't have imagined'. He wrote at the time: 'Well this just happened! Utterly overwhelming and joyous in ways I couldn't have even imagined.'

‘I don't know whether I'm going to be invited back' – Comedian given death stare after bodychecking Lewis Hamilton at F1
LEWIS HAMILTON was accused of giving a 'death stare' to comedian Jack Whitehall at the British Grand Prix. Whitehall accidentally bumped into Hamilton moments before Sunday's thrilling race, while attempting to mingle with the drivers on the grid walk. 4 4 4 Hamilton was walking behind George Russell and Lando Norris, on their way to start the rainy race. While Russell and eventual winner Norris passed through the cordoned off walkway without any problems, Hamilton was stopped in his tracks by Whitehall coming out in front of him. The comedian had been signalled to quickly pass through by a Mercedes team member, before almost body-checking the seven-time world champion. Speaking to Sky Sports, Whitehall said: "Just now when I was being invited to the grid I nearly body-checked Sir Lewis Hamilton. "I don't know whether I'm going to be invited back again, it was a very cold stare." The Bad Education star, who took his mum along to Silverstone, speculated that his icy reception may have been payback for past jokes about Hamilton. Whitehall added: "Maybe that was for the jokes I made at F1 75 as well and not just the body-check. "My mum is very excited to see Martin Brundle, and I brought her with me. She said that he is her hall pass, whatever that means...' Whitehall and Hamilton have met several times before, including on The Graham Norton Show seven years ago. Despite the pre-race chaos, it didn't affect Hamilton in the early stages at Silverstone. After qualifying fifth, the 40-year-old moved up a place after overtaking ex-teammate Russell on the opening lap. Max Verstappen initially kept his lead from the start, ahead of McLaren stars Oscar Piastri and Norris. The Aussie driver soon got ahead just as rain started to fall heavily, but was handed a 10-second penalty after stewards said he drove erratically during the restart after the first Safety Car. Piastri was penalised for slowing too much when preparing to lead the pack away following another Safety Car restart, while a spin for Verstappen moments later saw the Dutchman drop backwards. As conditions changed and drivers started to switch to slick tyres later on, Piastri served his penalty during his final pit stop and Norris took the lead. Nico Hulkenberg, 37, took his first podium finish at the 239th attempt - setting a new record for the longest time before finishing in the top three - after a strong race for Sauber. The German managed to keep Hamilton 's Ferrari at bay in the closing laps as Verstappen came home fifth. Meanwhile, Norris would later leave Silverstone with a cut on his face after a cameraman fell on top of him as a fence collapsed during his celebrations. 4

Lewis Hamilton gives 'cold stare' to British celebrity after 'body check' on Silverstone grid during very awkward run-in
Lewis Hamilton was left unimpressed after a near run-in with a celebrity guest during the grid walk at Silverstone, just moments before the start of the British Grand Prix. Jack Whitehall, who was among several celebrity guests at the race on Sunday, found himself in the thick of the pre-race chaos and almost body-checked Hamilton as the drivers made their final preparations. 'Just now when I was being invited to the grid I nearly body-checked Sir Lewis Hamilton,' the comedian told Sky Sports. 'I don't know whether I'm going to be invited back again, it was a very cold stare.' The Bad Education star speculated that his icy reception may have been payback for past jokes about the seven-time world champion. 'Maybe that was for the jokes I made at F1 75 as well and not just the body check,' he added. Whitehall, who attended with his mum, also revealed her surprising admiration for a familiar paddock presence: 'She said that [Martin Brundle] is her hall pass — whatever that means.' Earlier, Whitehall had raised eyebrows with another cheeky remark, saying: 'I've been invited by Mercedes. But I'm going to go to the Red Bull garage and annoy Christian Horner for two hours.' Hamilton, meanwhile, brushed off the grid walk drama and finished fourth, having started one place below. Lando Norris was victorious for the first time on home soil, with McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri second and Sauber's Nico Hulkensberg third.

Even the the threat of constant rain couldn't keep celebrity fans away as Silverstone hosted the British Grand Prix on Sunday. And stars including celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Jack Whitehall and his model partner Roxy Horner were in attendance as proceedings got underway. Ramsay, 58, was accompanied by wife Tana as they made their way onto the circuit - the home of British Grand Prix since 1948. Hidden health condition causes relationship woes in almost half of all couples
If struggling to hear your partner is causing tension in your relationship, you're not alone. Nearly half of all couples have fallen out because of hearing loss, according to a recent poll of 2,000 adults. The problem leaves two fifths feeling frustrated, a third feeling ignored, and a fifth feeling disconnected from their partner. In fact, one in ten described it leaving them feeling unloved, and said 'What?' was a more common phrase in their romance than 'I love you'. With over a third of adults getting the wrong gist of a conversation and 17 per cent to offending their partner, it can lead to easily avoidable arguments. These miscommunications weren't one-offs—a third said they were misunderstood by their significant other a few times a week or more. The findings followed a series of public stunts by the parents of UK comedian Jack Whitehall— Hilary and Michael Whitehall—who cheekily caused drama to show how Michael's hearing affects their daily lives. Michael said: 'I've always blamed our usual bickers on Hilary's mumbling.' View this post on Instagram A post shared by Hilary Whitehall (@hilarywhitehall) 'After a little persuasion, I had a hearing check at Specsavers and it turns out, I have a little bit of hearing loss.. Who knew?' Since the test, he has been fitted with hearing devices. He said: 'I've realised how much I was missing before—and the issues my hearing was causing. 'The most romantic thing you can booking a hearing check. 'Safe to say, missing half the conversation isn't ideal in a marriage.' The pair leaked CCTV footage of themselves arguing due to problems with Michael's hearing, before revealing it was part of a campaign to raise awareness. Michael stood in front of a huge sign which read 'Dear Hilary, I'm sorry. Love Michaelxx'. The poll by OnePoll also found couples ask each other to repeat themselves an average of four times a week. And just under half reported having to shout at least sometimes to be heard by their significant other. It also revealed two in 10 believe their partner doesn't listen to them when having a serious conversation. The most common ignored topics included family issues (23 per cent), their feelings (22 per cent), and even problems in their relationship (16 per cent). As a result, 27 per cent admitted they have accused their better half of 'selective hearing', with a third of all participants confronting them on it weekly or more regularly. In extreme cases, this led 21 per cent to walk away or leave the situation—with 14 per cent revealing they even stopped talking to their partner. Commenting on the findings, relationship expert Sarah Louise Ryan, said: 'Miscommunication in relationships is one of the most common issues I hear about in my couples practice. 'For some, it's that they're having trouble expressing themselves, or that they don't have the tools to resolve a difference of opinion. 'But in many cases, it's a result of couples not hearing each other correctly. 'This can cause marital tension, frustration, so if this sounds familiar in your relationship, don't put off seeking expert help.' Meanwhile Specsavers hearing expert Sonam Sehemby, added: '18million adults in the UK have hearing loss and many don't realise that they are missing parts of the conversation. 'Since it develops gradually, people often wait up to ten years before seeking help. 'But when hearing loss starts to affect relationships, it's time to act—a hearing check can help couples reconnect and truly hear each other again.' It is estimated one in six of UK adults are affected by hearing loss—which is more than eight million people. The majority are aged 60 or over, with 900,000 people being severely or profoundly deaf. Experts say the main causes of hearing loss are ageing, noise exposure, genetics and medical conditions. In some cases, hearing loss can be due to infections that can be treated, or a build up of wax that can be removed. But main treatments are hearing aids, cochlear implants—electronic devices that stimulate the auditory nerve to help people hear—or other assistive devices.
