'Gorgeous' designer perfume gets shoppers 'so many compliments'
There's currently an offer on the floral scent allowing shoppers to snap up two free gifts LookFantastic is now stocking Gucci Beauty and when buying full size 100ml perfumes from the range shoppers can look forward to a complimentary beauty pouch and 10ml bottle of Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia. The Gucci Gorgeous Flora range is now all available on the beauty giant with the free gifts available for anyone who spends £125 on the brand. The 10ml bottles come in at £26 while the 30ml are £70 so there is the option to invest in all four scents to qualify for the beauty pouch for those who don't want to commit to a full sized 100ml bottle for £138. As the name suggests all the perfumes derive inspiration from different flowers although our team perfume expert's personal favourite is Gorgeous Orchid. It blends together vibrant vanilla notes with a fresh marine ozonic accord. Britney Fantasy Intimate Fantasy (£49, Boots) is another example of an ozonic gourmand but it does have more of a fruity touch. Jada Jones said: "I'm not always drawn to floral scents, with my personal tastes definitely sitting more in the gourmand perfume space, so I was pleasantly surprised with Gorgeous Orchid which is inspired by the vanilla orchid. I love vanilla scents, to the point that my friends and family all tease me about how obsessed I am. "There is definitely a floral touch to this perfume but it's very wearable. I don't reach for this everyday but it's a great option for those looking for the sweet spot between floral and gourmand. The longevity really impressed me, if I put this on in the morning I can still smell it that night, which is quite refreshing when I've been having to top up Ariana Grande's Lovenotes (£60, Superdrug) hourly." It's not just Jada that's a fan, Gorgeous Orchid has pulled in over 1,900 five-star ratings on LookFantastic. One shopper said: "I love this my new favourite fragrance, obsessed with it now. I received so many compliments whilst wearing it and it lasts so long." Another, who isn't usually drawn to florals, said: "I'm not usually a fan of floral perfumes, but this has surprised me. It smells fresh and clean and different to anything else on the market. I had two compliments on it both really positive! It's definitely going on my Christmas list." One shopper found the scent to be overpoweringly floral, saying: "Not the one for me. It's very sweet which I like but I found it very over powering with the floral scent. Definitely has long lasting staying power. If you like a floral scent you will love this." One shopper even claimed to find a coconut water note, writing: "This fragrance is a sweet floral with a bright opening that feels a bit aquatic. After a while it turns into a light floral that is slightly powdery, and I can detect a coconut water scent as well that almost reminds me of the beach. It's a lovely designer fragrance if you like bright and soft floral scents."

'Amazing quality' necklace for under £50 is longer lasting than Tiffany
Happy customers swear after years the necklaces still look 'like new' Necklaces are a classic piece of jewellery and great accessory, especially of a summertime when lower necklines are coming back into fashion. The issue with them can often be how easily they snap. We were thrilled to discover a brand with a lifetime warranty and sturdy designs that might combat this issue. The chain is waterproof, tarnish-proof, hypoallergenic and notably comes with a lifetime warranty to give shoppers peace of mind. At 3mm thick it could be slightly too thick for the addition of certain charms however Jada Jones measured her own charms from Pandora, Tiffany & Co and Monica Vinader and confirmed that each of them in her collection would be able to fit on a 3mm chain. The Rope Chain has an almost perfect rating of 4.8 out of 5 on Vitaly's website, with shoppers raving over the quality. One shopper said: "Vitaly is my go-to for jewellery. Their quality is always amazing. I have pieces from 2019 that still look nearly brand new. This chain is so effortlessly pretty!" Another thought it was ideal to wear while working out, penning: "As it is sweatproof and waterproof I have worn this to the gym and hook on my ring when it's inconvenient to wear it. Very useful and low key." One customer was surprised by the thickness of the chain, saying: "Honestly I love the look aesthetically it's just a little thicker than I imagined it (my own opinion). The quality can feel a little cheap as there isn't much fluidity since the chain is roped. I just wanted a nice chain for a vacation and this will definitely do the job." Another said that the chain is quite similar to others on the market, penning: "Good chain, no green and I wouldn't take it in water, however there is chains I've seen in person that are the exact same besides the logo on the hook." Shoppers aren't shy about using the lifetime warranty, one wrote: "Love the chain and when I had broke the original, they sent me a new one without any hassle. Forever have my business!" Vitaly has a similar design with the £38 Cuban Chain which comes in 45cm, 55cm and 65cm. It is also 3mm thick but has a different chain style than the Rope Chain. Abbott Lyon also has a rope chain available on their website for £45, although it's sold out in silver so currently only a gold finish is available.

ASOS shoppers rave over ‘best' body spray that lasts 'days'
The iconic Lush body spray has proven so popular the brand was forced to make it a part of the permanent collections ASOS shoppers are snapping up the 'best' body spray that brings in 'many compliments'. Sticky Dates is a hit from Lush, which originally hit the market as a limited edition fragrance before proving so popular it become a permanent item. The body spray is £28 although the collection has expanded to include body lotion, shower gel, a sugar scrub and more. Lush's body sprays are often praised for their impressive longevity that makes them stand out in the current market. Brands like Sol de Janeiro and Phlur, which currently have a £65 discovery set of their best sellers at Space NK, are often dubbed summer classics but they struggle to compete with Lush's longevity. On ASOS, Sticky Dates hasn't brought in that many reviews but on Lush's own website, it's pulled in an average rating of 4.6 out of five. One thrilled shopper said: "I brought this over 3 months ago and I am still using it! It last so long! And I always get so many compliments when I wear it! This paired with let the good times roll will have you smelling like a sweet vanilla sugar snack!" Another penned: "This is by far the yummiest scent Lush carries. Smells just like toffee. I get many compliments on it every time it's worn. I am back to order my third bottle and I am so excited to see there is a bath bomb now in this scent." It is worth noting that some shoppers found it too sweet, with one saying: "The bottle is so cool, it is true, it has great throw and will last long without much needed- but it smells like maple extract. It is one dimensional and there's no sandalwood to be detected." One shopper was ecstatic with the expanding range, saying: "I bought this about 2 months ago and it's one of the best purchases. I've never stuck to any body spray before without getting sick of it within a week or so. However this spray changed that for me. Smell 10/10. It lingers on my clothes for days. Plus one spray goes a long way so this bottle will last me 6 months easily. What's fabulous about this product as-well is that it comes with matching body wash and lotion so the smell can be amplified. Great product 100% recommend." Another swore by it, adding: "This is by far the best. The smell of this is incredible! Think Rich and indulgent but not sickly. I love that you still get a hint of chocolate through this but it is primarily as stated in the name, sticky dates but it's unique and really pleasant. Makes my house smell homely." Our very own perfume expert, Jada Jones, has Sticky Dates in her collection and said: "I have easily over 100 personal fragrances and this is the by far the one I'm complimented on the most. I've been stopped in restaurants, on the street, even in train stations with people wanting to know what I'm wearing. My friend text me weeks after I stayed over at her house telling me that her guest room still smelled like me and that she was going to get herself a bottle. It does smell a lot like sticky toffee pudding but in the best way, this is great for fans of gourmand scents who are looking for a new signature scent."

Magic Mango is exclusive to Sephora and a 50ml bottle is currently going for £80 although it's also available in an 8ml travel size (30ml) or 100ml bottle (£130). The scent is a interesting blend of notes that, in my opinion, make it arguably better than the Jo Loves Mango Thai Lime (£82) crafted by world famous perfumer Jo Malone. Magic Mango opens up with juicy mango, nutmeg and clove before settling into an unconventional heart of leather, saffron, moss and amber. It's rounded out with a base of akigalawood, patchouli, vetiver and cypriol. I like it even more than Jo Loves Mango Thai Lime and think it does an incredible job of being a mature mango scent. This is great for summer." Sol de Janeiro's 'best fragrance yet' is out in time for summer
'I love this!! This is the smell of summer, it's so floral and fruity. I recommend this for anyone who loves beach days!' Sol de Janeiro is known for sweet scents that get heads turning, with Cheirosa '62 having proudly been the scent of the summer year after year, but they've got a new limited edition release that might be the brand's best fragrance yet. Água Mística is part of the latest release from the brand made up of three scents. All three share Mistica in the name but it's one that's standing out to us above all. Água Mística opens up with a refreshing trio of tangerine, neroli and pineapple before deepening to a heart of jasmine and peony. It's got a base reminiscent of the beach with salt, skin and white cedar extract which gives an overall juicy and moreish mist. Our perfume expert Jada Jones tried it and said: "There are a few brands that come with a level of hype that can be hard to live up to and this is definitely one of them but Água Mística deserves more. I wasn't expecting this to be my favourite of the trio but as soon as I smelled it, it was clear this is Sol de Janeiro's best fragrance yet. Don't get put off by the salt note, it smells like sunny days at the beach with the sand in your toes while you snack on fruit with loved ones. I hope this one stays past the limited edition release." Over on Sephora the mist has pulled in an average rating of 4.59 out of 5 from over 225 reviews. One shopper said: "I love this perfume it smells like an orange peel in the best way possible! It is super long lasting and overall a very summery scent. According to my friend she says it smells just like a beach house and I agree 100%." A second penned: "I love this scent so much. I'm sad it is a limited edition. It's my favourite one I've had and perfect for warmer weather. It reminds me of Tommy Girl." A third wrote: "This is hands down the BEST Sol de Janeiro scent I have ever tried and easily in my top 3 favorite SDJ scents of all time. When I first sprayed this, I was actually blown away. I find most of the SDJ scents to be a little too sweet, too gourmand, or overly floral for my taste. This is truly so unique and in a league of its own. It's not too fresh, too powdery, or too fruity. It's a beautiful, sexy, refreshing, and summery scent. Already planning on stocking up. It's a real shame this is only a limited edition because I would buy this all year long!" A fourth added: "I love this! This is the smell of summer, it's so floral and fruity. Not everyone is so happy though, one shopper penned: "Sol De Janeiro Água Mística is a hair and body perfume mist featuring notes of neroli water, tangerine, and salty skin. The scent is clean and subtle, but it doesn't last long. Overall, it's a pleasant mist, though it lacks uniqueness." It's worth noting that perfume mists typically have shorter longevity than classic eau de parfums. For those who want a citrusy and fresh scent for summer with a slightly longer longevity perhaps The 7 Virtues Clementine Dream would be a good option, it's currently £85 for a 50ml bottle on SpaceNK.
