Following HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister's Directive, Jaafari Endowments Council Inaugurates Three Mosques
Manama: In line with the directive of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to open, restore, and develop 40 mosques affiliated with both the Sunni and Jaffari Endowments Directorates across the Kingdom of Bahrain, Yusuf Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Jaffari Endowments Council, inaugurated Shaikh Ahmed Mosque in Ma'ameer. The Council also announced the reopening of Mohammed Al Touq Mosque in Sitra and Shaikh Mansour Mosque in Nuwaidrat following renovation works.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Saleh commended the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the ongoing follow-up by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in the development, maintenance, and restoration of places of worship. Al Saleh also commended the coordination of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) and the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments in ensuring timely and quality implementation.
