4 golf courses to make way for other developments as leases expire by 2035
Four golf courses in Singapore are set to make way for other developments, as their leases expire by 2035. But there is reprieve for two others, which will have their leases extended. Another two private courses will be combined and reallocated with public golfing facilities. Authorities say the closures come as demand for housing and other uses increases over time. Singapore and France upgrade ties to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership
Singapore and France have concluded 13 agreements across several areas, such as security, energy, transport and artificial intelligence. France is the third country to have a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with Singapore, after Australia and Vietnam. It's also the first European country to have such ties with the island. The upgraded bilateral ties is seen as a sign of both nations' commitment to expand collaboration in an uncertain world. Jeraldine Yap reports.

Singapore unveils new Cabinet line-up
Singapore has unveiled its new Cabinet line-up for its 15th term of Government. It is made up of both steady and experienced hands, as well as new and younger ministers. There will be nine new political office holders, including seven who are newly elected MPs. Four office holders are promoted. They will be sworn in on May 23. Jeraldine Yap and Aslam Shah report.

GE2025: Singapore authorities identify a number of foreigners attempting to influence election
Singapore authorities have identified a number of foreigners attempting to influence the country's General Election. Corrective directions have been issued by IMDA to social media company Meta to disable access in Singapore to several online election advertising, published on Facebook by foreigners during this election period. The posts that have been blocked include some by a prominent member of an Islamist political party in Malaysia. Jeraldine Yap reports.
