Emraan Hashmi, is poised to reunite with music composer Himesh Reshammiya for the upcoming action movie Gunmaaster G9. The collaboration promises to delight fans. In the early 2000s, Reshammiya had voiced several hit songs featuring the Murder actor, including Jhalak Dikhlaja and Aashiq Banaya Aapne. Now, the film has gained a new cast member, Abhishek Singh. He will feature alongside Hashmi, Aparshakti Khurana and Genelia Deshmukh in the project. The movie is directed by Aditya Datt, who is best known for Aashiq Banaya Aapne and Table No. 21. Actor Emraan Hashmi and singer Himesh Reshammiya are all set to reunite on-screen for an upcoming film titled 'Gunmaster G9'. Slated to hit the theatres in 2026, the film will be a new-age action drama. It would also star Genelia Deshmukh and Aparshakti the announcement video released on Wednesday, a man with a tattooed arm can be seen taking out a gun, an axe and a bomb from a bucket of the film, the makers wrote on Instagram, "Doodh to baroodh, Sabzi to Gundas, bullets to beats, Gunmaaster G9 is getting ready for mayhem, and the team is locked, loaded and lethal! (sic)" Sharing further details, the post added, "Deepak Mukut, Hunar Mukut and Soham Rockstar Entertainment are happy to bring the trio back!
