My Punjabi show stint helped me land role in Hindi industry: Isha Kaloya
Punjabi actress Isha Kaloya, who previously played the lead role of Heer in the show Heer Tey Tedi Kheer, and is currently seen in Hindi television show Jhalee Ki Kahani says she will continue to balance both the Hindi and Punjabi industries. She says, "I'm an actress and I look forward to every experience of working an an actor, irrespective of the medium of language, be it in Hindi industry or Punjabi or any other language. I crave connecting to new audience with every new project. I don't want to limit myself with any boundaries." She says that being experienced after acting in Punjabi entertainment industry helped her land lead roles in mainstream industries. He plays the titular role of Nirvair — a Punjabi man returning from abroad after completing his studies. 'This is the first time I'm playing the role of a Sardar onscreen,' Kunwar shared. 'It's a refreshing change for me as an actor, especially with the full turban look and all the cultural nuances.
