Call for polytechnic branch in Kota Marudu for Northern Sabah youths

Former Kota Marudu Assistant District Education Officer, Jimson Majemal, said the town's central location among districts like Kota Belud, Kudat, Pitas, Sandakan, Beluran, and Ranau makes it ideal for such an institution. 'Kota Marudu deserves a polytechnic due to its strategic position and ongoing development,' said Jimson, who is also Acting President of Kota Marudu SAFA. Kota Marudu Sports Complex: Explain the repeated delays

KOTA MARUDU: The Sabah Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS) has been urged to provide an explanation to the local community following repeated delays in completing the district's Sports Complex project under the GRS government. Kota Marudu District Football Association (Safa) Acting President Jimson Majemal expressed disappointment over the matter, saying the project was supposed to have been completed after the contractor was granted an extension until May 31. Advertisement 'As a sports advocate in this district, I have taken the time to monitor the progress of the project. The people here, especially sports enthusiasts, have long awaited good news as a symbolic gift for the Kaamatan celebration, but many are disappointed that the project is still not completed,' he said in a statement on Wednesday. KM Sports Complex still incomplete despite deadline extension

KOTA MARUDU: District Sabah Football Association (Safa) acting president Jimson Majemal has voiced frustration over the continued delays in completing the Kota Marudu Sports Complex. He urged the Sabah Youth and Sports Ministry (KBS) to explain to the local community why the project remains unfinished despite being granted another deadline extension. Advertisement Jimson said the contractor was given until May 31 this year to complete the work, but the deadline has once again passed without results. As a long-time advocate of sports development in the area, he said many were hoping the complex would be ready in time to coincide with the Kaamatan celebration.
