Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash make ‘vow' amid ‘silly bickering' & ‘moments of tension' as busy work schedules take a toll
STACEY Solomon and Joe Swash have made a 'vow' amid 'silly bickering', a source has claimed. As their busy work schedules and the juggle of family life take a toll, a source has commented on 'moments of tension' between the popular couple. 6 6 6 6 According to this source, Stacey, 35, and Joe, 43, who have a blended family of six children, have vowed to take time out to remember why they're so good for each other. During their BBC reality show, the pair shared a close-up look into the ups and downs of life at Pickle Cottage and their relationship. And now, alongside looking after their adorable brood and other work commitments, a source has recognised that filming can be exhausting and is proving particularly tough on Joe. The source told New Magazine: 'Joe is under a lot of pressure. He's a wonderful father and does so much. They've still got young children so it's hard work, especially with most of them still demanding their parents' attention.' The source also recognised that as a result of Stacey's other projects, including her hit BBC show Sort Your Life Out, which she has been filming across the country in recent weeks, Joe has had to step up more at home. Just last week, the couple appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox, but raised eyebrows when Joe joked that he wanted to 'get away' from his other half. In a tongue-in-cheek comment, the father explained: 'When the kids grow up, I'm going to the moon to get away from you. You're off your head.' Despite the cleanfluencer laughing, according to the celebrity source, it's not been a bed of roses for this couple behind closed doors. 'The pressure is starting to show. They thought they could be The Waltons version of The Kardashians, but it's such hard work,' they explained. The source continued: 'There's tension in the air and there is a bit of bickering. But it puts a strain on any relationship. You look at those on reality shows, such as the wives in The Real Housewives, with cameras in their houses 24/7, and a lot of their relationships crack under the pressure.' Stacey Solomon urges fans to 'be kind' as she shares health update on pet dog after emergency surgery And it's no wonder that life at home is hectic for Stacey and Joe, who got married in 2022 in a beautiful ceremony in the grounds of their Essex home, dubbed Pickle Cottage by Stacey. The couple share three kids together – Rex, six, Rose, three, and Belle, two – while Stacey is also mum to Zachary, 17, and Leighton, 12, and Joe has 18-year-old son Harry with his ex Emma Sophocleous. They're worried that if they don't have a break from the cameras and the limelight, it could affect what makes their relationship special Source The couple's TV show documented several tough moments between the pair and one episode showed Stacey devastated after Joe didn't show up to look after the kids so she could have an important meeting. And things don't appear to be slowing down anytime soon for Stacey and Joe, after it was confirmed earlier this year that their show has been commissioned for a second season. Stacey Solomon's career so far Stacey Solomon has been a familiar face on viewers' screens for over a decade. Let's take a look back at her career. The X Factor (2009): Stacey competed in series six of long-running ITV singing competition The X Factor. During her time in the show, she was mentored by Danni Minogue in the 'Girls' category. Sort Your Life Out (2022 -present): This BBC show sees Stacey, with the help of an expert team, transform participants' living spaces after removing clutter. Despite this, the source maintained that a break away from the cameras, however small, is just what Stacey and Joe need. The source added: 'They're worried that if they don't have a break from the cameras and the limelight, it could affect what makes their relationship special. 'They're still very much in love and are really trying to focus on each other amid the silly bickering and moments of tension, and remember why they got together in the first place – and why they're actually so perfect together. They have vowed to carve out some quality time this summer to do that.' Unlock even more award-winning articles as The Sun launches brand new membership programme - Sun Club 6 6

I would love to sort of create scents from Pickle Cottage that really make me happy.' Stacey has also namechecked her haircare brand and homeware range, and hubby Joe has cooking account and family coffee company. This all breaks editorial rules to plug commercial deals on air, as they clearly state: 'No on-air talent should promote products, goods, services or clothing they use on air.' The rules go on to say that this includes anything they have 'agreed, or been contracted, to promote or in which they have financial interest.' A BBC spokesperson said: 'Stacey & Joe is a reality series following the daily lives of the couple which includes their work. "All commercial relationships featured are made clear to the audience and only included where editorially justified.' 6 6 6

It's really important for them to know that this is our career and we will support our family in whichever way we can, but eventually they are their own person,' the Loose Women star told The Mirror . Stacey, who shot to fame as a teenage mum on The X Factor, added that it was her photographer dad who instilled the importance of financial independence in her. 'My dad didn't treat us any differently, as soon as we got jobs, we had to contribute. I was excited to earn my own money and be financially independent. I want my children to be excited for that too,' she said. 'It's a wider picture of their self-worth and their happiness in general. I want them to feel accomplished and have things.'

Zach then replied that "no one cares" before walking off after the fiery confrontation. Stacey welcomed Zach at the age of 17 and before she found fame on The X Factor. 6 6
