When Salman Khan openly said no to intimate scenes and horror films: 'No sex..., i get scared of...' In a career spanning over three decades, Salman Khan has dominated Bollywood with his commanding screen presence and widespread appeal. From wacky comedies like Judwa and Partner , to fully-romantic dramas like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam , and of course his power-pact action films, all have truly solidified his status as a superstar. However, Salman has purposely stayed away from two genres: explicit films and horror. When Salman Khan openly talked about his 'no kiss, no horror' policy Earlier, in an interview with Rediff, the actor had candidly revealed that he wouldn't be comfortable in doing intimate scenes or horror films. 'No. I get scared of horror films,' He admitted that he never himself explored this genre. Summing up with his trademark honesty, the actor said, 'No sex yet, no horror yet.' Another widely discussed aspect of his on-screen persona is his 'no-kissing' rule. Unlike other stars of his generation, Khan has consistently refused to do kissing scenes on-screen, regardless the role demands or other narrative requirements. What Salman Khan said about his 'no-kiss' policy on The Kapil Sharma Show? His long-standing commitment even became a topic on The Kapil Sharma Show, when he appeared with his brothers Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan. Kapil teased him about his no-kiss policy to which Salman humorously responded, 'Dekho kiss toh main karta nahi screen pe toh mujhe toh koi farak padta nai.' While some claim that Khan broke his policy for Karisma Kapoor in Jeet (1996). However, some state that it was only a chin kiss and not a proper kissing sequence. Salman reportedly refused to film a kissing scene with Katrina Kaif for Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) Meanwhile, Salman Khan will next appear in Apoorva Lakhia's Battle of Galwan. The film is based on Galwan Valley clash, a deadly fight between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Ladakh on June 15, 2020. Salman Khan once broke his 'no-kissing' policy for THIS actress, not Aishwarya Rai, Madhuri Dixit, Katrina Kaif, her name is... Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has maintained a strict no-kiss policy. In his 35-year old long career, the actor never shared an intimate scene with her female co-star, even if he was in a relationship with them during the filming. Well, seems like, Salman Khan broke this code long-back in one of his films. A photo resurfaced on Reddit shows that the Sikandar actor had done a lip-lock scene with one of his most popular co-stars Karisma Kapoor. The two collaborated in seven films including Judwa, Biwi No.1, Jeet, Chal Mere Bhai, Andaz Apna Apna, Hum Saath Saath Hain and Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge. A user while sharing the picture of the moment, pointed out that Salman did break his no-kiss policy. As soon as the picture went viral, netizens took to the comment section to share their reactions. Users had gone into discussion and many pointed out that it could be an accidental moment. A user wrote, 'They'are actually not kissing He's kissing the side of her chin. Her head is turned the other way.' Another wrote, 'This maybe accidental.' While few are manifesting to see them back together on-screen, 'When will they reunite?', one said, 'I want to see them pairup together.' In 2017, there were rumours that Salman was asked to kiss his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif in Tiger Zinda Hai. However, he allegedly denied. Apparently, a source claimed that director Ali Abbas Zafar tried to persuade him a lot, but still his answer remained a 'no.' 'Everyone felt that just this one time, just once, Salman would break his no-kissing code because the sequence is vital to the plot and also because, well, it's Katrina. But Salman refused outright. Director Ali Abbas Zafar tried his best to convince him. However, nothing worked. The scene has been dropped now,' a source close to Deccan Chronicle revealed at the time. Meanwhile, on the professional front, the actor has reportedly taken some time off the film sets, before collaborating with his close-friend Sanjay Dutt for action film Ganga Ram . He also may be reuniting with director Sooraj Barjatya for Prem Ki Shaadi and with Shah Rukh Khan in Tiger Vs Pathaan. Moreover, he also has a film with Atlee which has been delayed.
