Veteran actor Jeetendra, who is regarded as great actor in the film industry, has always surprised his die-hard admirers with his exceptional acting abilities. Jeetendra Rakes In Rs 855 Crore Profit Due To… The 83-year-old star Jeetendra and two of his family's firms sold land in Andheri, Mumbai, to IT service management company, NTT Global Data Centres . As per reports by Moneycontrol, the property being sold is around 2.39 acres in size. The land currently holds Balaji IT Park , which comprises three buildings with a total built-up area of around 4.9 lakh square feet and its market value is approximately Rs 729.26 crore. According to media sources, the transaction included a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and registration cost of Rs 30,000, with the actor's entire family receiving Rs 855 crore, the price of the land sold. It is also been said that the buyout was completed in May 2025 by two family-owned companies, Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers. The transaction involves two contiguous land parcels totaling 9,664.68 square meters, or approximately 2.4 acres. However, the actor has yet to provide a formal statement about this humongous deal.
