BTS Jungkook faces online hate after Swiss vacation pics with Jimin go VIRAL; ARMY come to the rescue

BTS member Jungkook was recently discharged after serving his mandatory military service. The idol, since then, has been spending his time relaxing and has even been spotted in Switzerland with fellow member Jimin . While the idol has chosen to keep all activities under wraps, his vacation photos have brought an onslaught of criticism along with malicious comments. Jungkook flooded with hate comments Ever since the youngest member of BTS returned from his military discharge, his recent activities have become a hot topic online. Since he does not have a personal social media account like his fellow members, fans usually approach the idol on the account he manages to share content about his dog, Bam. His recent activities, i.e. travelling with Jimin to Switzerland, have managed to garner a lot of criticism and hate. On June 25 and 26, netizens had been flooding his dog's account with harsh and majorly homophobic comments. The comments mainly targeted the idol for spending time with Jimin and for not focusing on his solo activities. BTS ARMY come to the rescue Fans of the idol soon came to his rescue. Many reported the malicious comments and flooded the comments section with messages of love and support in order to make sure that the 'SEVEN' singer does not come across the mean posts. One fan comment read, 'Jungkook, you're doing a great job! We are so proud! Don't worry, you'll get over it soon! We are always on your side! I am proud of you always! We love you infinitely. If the world seems too noisy, let us be your silence. Real armies are always with you! Stop thinking about people who only try to pull you down. They're not even an army, they're just traitors.' Another comment that a fan posted in support of the idol read that 'JUNGKOOK WE LOVE YOU. JUNGKOOK BEST BOY. JUNGKOOK OUR PRIDE'. Recently, Jungkook and Jimin were also targeted by saesang fans. Photos and videos of the idols were shared online, it was later revealed that they were being circulated without consent.

BTS' Jungkook's latest sightings with Jimin called 'fan service', ARMY defends him against hate comments

Jungkook has been hanging out with his BTS buddies, especially Jimin, since getting out of the military on June 11. The duo has been on an international vacay, with recent sightings in the US, Switzerland and Vietnam. They might have been chilling together after 18 months of military training. However, some solo stans of Jungkook weren't having it and demanded he focus on his individual projects instead of trying to do things to please shippers. Jimin and Jungkook's latest whereabouts Jungkook has been allegedly spending time with Jimin since their military service completion. From joint overseas travelling to Jungkook filming reels videos for Jimin and drawing his caricature, the BTS duo have been doing fun activities together. Their international trip was also linked to the filming of Season 2 of their popular variety show, Are You Sure?! Although they seem to have been using it as an unwinding session, some individuals had harsh reactions to that. Why is Jimin and Jungkook's latest activities being called fan service? Fans seem to love the recent Jimin X Jungkook crumbs, with some lovingly called 'Jikook' and even jokingly shipping them. The duo's continued joint activities seemed to be an attempt to fuel those fan-made narratives by some solo stans. Claiming themselves as Jungkook's long-term fans, they started being worried that he was doing all of that as part of "fan service". As per them, he was too old to resort to childlike stuffs like a duo variety show. They wrote long comments about how he should focus on his solo activities rather than being out and about with Jimin, as he "shines enough alone." Since Jungkook doesn't own a personal social media account, they took to the comment section of his dog, Bam's account to express their views. However, BTS ARMY defended the artists by strongly criticising the antis. They also pointed out how the accounts making the malicious remarks were fake, and were created with the sole purpose of spreading hate. As per the, the BTS members knew what would be benificial for their career more than anyone else. They reported the comments and asked them everyone to write "meaningful" messages for the artists from them on.

BTS' Jimin and Jungkook's Vietnam vacay details leaked, fans express concerns as flight attendant shares experience

Jungkook and Jimin have been on an international whirlwind tour, with sightings in multiple countries, including America, Switzerland and Vietnam. Fans speculate the reason for the same to be the filming of Are You Sure? Season 2. Recently, a Vietnamese flight attendant's encounter with the duo sparked both praises and worries about their privacy breach, as reported by Vietnamese news portal Jimin and Jungkook spotted on a Vietnamese flight On the evening of May 26, a Vietnam Airlines (VNA) flight attendant, referred to as M.H., took to social media to share her chance encounter with Jimin and Jungkook. They were on board the flight, heading to Da Nang. Sharing her experience, she expressed disbelief at her luck. She recounted the incident, saying, "I never thought that one day I would meet and serve Jungkook and Jimin on a VNA flight. It felt like a dream, guys." According to her account, she initially didn't recognize the BTS members when they boarded the plane due to the large number of passengers. However, when she got a good look at their faces while serving them their meal, she immediately recognized who they were. Her suspicions were confirmed when another colleague confirmed their identities by checking the passengers list. Following that, the "whole team exploded" with thrill. However, they did not approach the K-pop stars for photos or autographs, instead sent them a sweet written note, sharing that they were BTS ARMY and were happy to have them aboard. The message read, 'Good afternoon! Welcome aboard! It is such a great honor to serve you on today's flight. I hope you are satisfied with the service and have a wonderful time in Da Nang. We are ARMY, and we love you very much!' The note allegedly brought smiles to the faces of the popstars. However fans had mixed reactions to it. Some praised the cabin crew for not disturbing the artists and just admiring their presence from afar. While few others expressed disappointment in the fact that the flight attendant's story exposed the itinerary for the boys, putting them under potential threats of stalking by sasaengs (obsessive fans).

BTS's Jimin and Jungkook were stalked during vacation; photos leaked by saesangs—ARMY called for the idols's protection

BTS members Jimin and Jungkook were discharged from their military service earlier this month and, since then, have been resting and relaxing. Soon after, alleged reports of the idols travelling to Switzerland to film the second season of their variety show 'Are You There?' started spreading. Recently, saesangs have been sharing photos and videos of the idols during their vacation time, enraging ARMYs. Jimin and Jungkook were stalked by saesangs during vacation Soon after their discharge, Jimin and Jungkook went to Switzerland to spend some time relaxing and enjoying civilian life. On June 25-26, saesangs of BTS started circulating photos and videos of the idols on online social media platforms. The videos and photos seem to have been taken from far away and without prior permission as well, enraging ARMYs around the world. What worsened the situation was that the media content that was being circulated online was also taken while the idols were trying to spend a quiet and private time away from the public eye. At first, once the photos were shared, fans started celebrating getting new updates about the idols. However, once it was revealed how the photos were taken and who took them, many started calling the original posters out and even started requesting for the posts to be taken down. Fans react, calling for stricter action against saesangs As soon as it was revealed that the photos were taken without the consent of the idols, ARMYs took to online social media platforms and forums to report the original posts. Not only that, but they started urging everyone else online to stop circulating the images as well. One fan commented that 'I feel like this needs to be said every day, but it is NOT okay that we know where Jimin and Jungkook are, and it is NOT okay to share those stalker pics. You all claim to love them, but that seems to completely fly out the window once you see the stalker pics and decide to share them.' Another fan of the group shared, 'What is happening right now with Jungkook & Jimin is frightening. They are followed everywhere they go. Someone is 10 steps behind them, filming them. And you have those shippers hyping up everything with zero care about their safety. No one is questioning if the stalker is dangerous.' ARMYs also started posting requests online, urging the K-pop group's management agency to take strict action against the stalkers. They appealed that the company should take serious steps in order to protect Jimin and Jungkook's privacy, especially while they are relaxing during vacation.

HYBE Surprises Staff With Jaw-Dropping Bonus As BTS Completes Military Service

Last Updated: BTS's agency, HYBE's stock had dropped during the septet's military service, but is now rising again after the band's comeback. BTS members V, Jungkook, RM, Jin, J Hope, Suga and Jimin have all finished their military service. This has brought great excitement not only among fans, aka ARMYs, but also to their company, HYBE. The agency's stock had dropped during the septet's service but is now rising again after the band's comeback. To celebrate this good news, HYBE decided to give a big bonus to their full-time employees worldwide. Each employee will receive 20 restricted stock units (RSUs), and at today's value, these stocks are worth 6.21 million KRW, which is close to Rs 3 Lakh. As per the Seoul Economic Daily, HYBE has not announced the exact date when employees can use or sell the new RSUs. Interestingly, this is the third time the company has given such a massive reward to its team. In December 2024, HYBE provided 16,396 treasury shares as RSUs to 34 of its executives and staff. Just last month, the company granted another 12,142 shares to 32 employees. Speaking about the latest bonus, a HYBE representative explained, 'This RSU grant plan is intended to share the fruits of our collective efforts for the company's growth." It's not just HYBE employees who will benefit from BTS members returning from military service. As the members step back into the spotlight, companies connected to them, directly or indirectly, are also expected to see better business, among them is Mirae Asset Securities. A spokesperson stated, 'With BTS's return, there is a possibility of increased sales in business divisions with high profit margins." BTS's next project is expected to push HYBE's stock even higher. This means the bonus given to employees could be worth much more later. The RSUs given are not immediate cash. They are granted now but can only be used after a certain period of time. So, while each unit is currently valued at 6.21 million KRW, the final amount employees receive could be much more if the stock continues to rise. After Suga completed his military service last week, fans are now eagerly waiting to see him back on stage with the rest of the BTS members, V, Jungkook, RM, Jin, J Hope and Jimin. First Published:
