Knife found on Charles County high school student
CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A Thomas Stone High School student is facing charges after a knife was found in their possession Friday, according to the Charles County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies say a staff member noticed the knife on the student at 11:40 a.m., and an administrative search was conducted.
According to deputies, a knife was found and recovered without incident. No threats were made.
Deputies say the student has been charged through a Juvenile Offense Report and faces disciplinary actions from the school.
