No specific timing was given. Alex Miller, president and CEO of the Canadian company, said in an earnings call that the companies are engaging in discussions on due diligence and divestitures and "setting a timeline" to bring clarity for both sides. "I believe that timeline will be shorter rather than longer," he added.
