?

It offers qualified individuals a 5- or 10-year renewable residency in the UAE, granting them the ability to live, work, study, and travel without the need for a local sponsor.
In October 2024, the UAE took a significant step forward by expanding this prestigious program to include teachers, principals, early childhood center (ECC) managers, and academic faculty in Dubai. This new eligibility reflects the nation's recognition of the vital role educators play in shaping future generations and aligns with the Dubai Education Strategy 2030 (E33), a vision to position the city as a global leader in education.

The Golden Visa for educators was announced under the leadership of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. submitted by your institution through the KHDA platform, including a letter of recommendation from the board of governors.
