Kate Bosworth and Justin Long welcome first child

Kate Bosworth and Justin Long have reportedly become first-time parents. On Thursday, editors at Page Six claimed the Blue Crush actress and the Dodgeball actor recently welcomed a baby girl via surrogate. The source didn't divulge the infant's name or birthday. Representatives for Bosworth, 42, and Long have not yet commented on the happy news. The pair met on the set of the movie House of Darkness and started publicly dating in early 2022. They tied the knot the following year. And in a post to celebrate Bosworth turning 41 in January 2024, Long hinted that they planned to expand their family. "One day our kids might ask me, 'Dad, why did you write sappy things about Mom on that old Instagram app? The one you won't let us use?'" the 47-year-old wrote. "And I'll say, 'Well, _____, because there are a lot of poisonous things on the Internet but your mom always inspires me to put good things into the world. Besides, I know reading those old posts touched her and made her smile. And I've been so blessed to have experienced so many fun, wondrous things in this life - things for which I'll never be able to properly express my gratitude - but of all those joys, touching your Mom and making her smile are my favorites.'" Previously, Bosworth was married to director Michael Polish from 2013 until they separated in August 2021. The divorce was finalised in March 2023.

TOTAL: 93/100 What do Priyanka Chopra, Kate Bosworth and Victoria Beckham have in common? They all have been known to use a science-backed skincare product so revered for its results that I just had to try it out for myself. Meet Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream (from $96; $77), the creamy moisturizer (and viral TikTok product) with a typically hefty price tag. I recently had the opportunity to test this cream extensively—here's why I recommend snagging the holy grail product for yourself, especially while you can get it on *rare* sale! The famous cream is currently up for grabs for 20 percent off for first-time Dermstore shoppers with code DERM20 at checkout. So if you still haven't tried it, take this as your sign to pick up a bottle. Want to know which buzzy products are *really* worth buying? Sign up for our shopping newsletter to uncover our favorite finds. Developed by Professor Augustinus Bader, one of the world's leading experts in stem cell research, The Rich Cream is 30+ years in the making. Bader spent the past three decades researching the body's capacity for self-healing and stem cell regeneration to create his heavily praised skincare line, and based on the brand's clinical trials, it delivers serious results (97 percent of users said it "dramatically transformed" their skin tone and texture). With that in mind, the non-sale price almost doesn't seem too bad. But regardless of a discount, it's not lost on me that The Rich Cream costs more than most skincare products in the average person's routine. But it's not just the cult status that makes it worth dropping a huge chunk of change on—it actually provides the results to back up Bader's 30 years of research. Upon trying it for myself, my first impression was, wow this product is beautiful. It comes in the chicest royal blue-speckled bottle with a magnetic cap. The packaging sure does feel fancy on my vanity. Then, there's the product itself. True to its name, it's rich. If you've ever tried Weleda Skin Food ($19; $16), it's almost as thick as that, which led me to believe that it might not be great for someone with naturally oily skin. However, when I applied two pumps (in upward motions), my combination skin drank it right up, and left an instant glow that even my mother noticed right away. I read that it only takes four days to notice a change in your skin, and having tried hundreds of beauty products, I assumed it was a placebo effect if anything. But much to my amazement, my skin was radiant, blemish-free and so much more hydrated after just a few days of use. I even noticed my dark spots fading before my eyes. I have never seen results this quickly from any product I've tested, period—including other pricey serums and treatments I quickly regretted buying. Dermstore Now, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I didn't want to love The Rich Cream so much because $305 for a 50ml bottle isn't really within my budget. Nevertheless, I've already begun justifying it as an essential purchase. It's important to note, though, that The Rich Cream comes in smaller, less expensive sizes that are ideal for testing the product before completely committing. So if you've been waiting to try the cult-favorite cream, you can happily dabble in the 30ml bottle ($190; $152) or 15ml bottle ($98; $78) on sale before scooping up a larger size. You're welcome in advance! from $98; $78 at Dermstore I've Got the Pallor of a Victorian Ghost, But Isle of Paradise's Sunny Serum Gives Me a Bronzy Glow PureWow's editors and writers have spent more than a decade shopping online, digging through sales and putting our home goods, beauty finds, wellness picks and more through the wringer—all to help you determine which are actually worth your hard-earned cash. In Defense of Board Shorts (Yes, the Surfer Bro Kind)

Every summer, I find myself routinely watching the surfer movie Blue Crush to get me into a beachy spirit. If you have never seen the 2002 movie starring Kate Bosworth and Michelle Rodriguez, the premise is pretty straightforward: Three roommates are busy living it up in Oahu, Hawaii as Anne Marie (Bosworth) prepares to compete in a big, important surf competition. There's all the makings of a great cinematic film along the way—a love interest, high-stakes drama—but more importantly, the summer fashion is worth tuning in for alone. If you're in need of new bathing suit inspiration Blue Crush certainly has you covered. I've always had a thing for the movie's colorful board shorts in particular: They are worn with everything from bikini tops to wetsuits. As a whole, board shorts get a bad rap. And I (sort of) understand the stigma. When you think of the, a surfer bro who says things like 'hang loose, bruhhh' likely comes to mind; a crunchy dude who exclusively wears flip-flops. Often worn baggy and below-the-knee, surfer shorts are hardly a chic, streamlined garment. But I also love a sartorial challenge—and when styled right, I actually find board shorts to be quite chic. Miu Miu spring 2024 Photo: Filippo Fior / Chanel resort 2020 Photo: Alessandro Lucioni / Designers agree with me. Last spring, Miu Miu released a very surf-inspired collection that featured board shorts worn with structured blazers, thong sandals, and killer eyewear—exactly how I would style them. The beach vibe was there, yet the shorts were surprisingly sophisticated, too. Back in 2020, Chanel's resort collection matched that energy by featuring board-style shorts in summery whites—paired with perfect little nautical sweaters. It was a dressier approach to the knee-length silhouette (versus your expected swimsuit pairing). Sure, mini skirts and denim cut-offs always creep their way into the summer fray, but don't discount the power of a well-placed board short. Just remember that the current approach is about styling them with an unexpected upper half. You can wear them swimming, but they look even cooler in a non-beach context. Think: More bold fashion statement, less like you're auditioning for Blue Crush 3. (Yes, a direct-to-DVD sequel already exists.)
