Police seek wanted man known to frequent London, Sarnia
London police, along with the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E) Squad, need the public's assistance in locating a wanted federal offender.
According to police, he has a warrant for being unlawfully at large with the London Police Service, as well as a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of a statutory release.
Kenneth Andrew Carrothers, 48, of London, is described as a white man, approximately 5'11', 190 lbs.
He has several tattoos, including:
Right forearm – cross, Jesus
Left forearm – Celtic symbols, brick wall
Right shoulder – Ying Yang
Middle back – sun
He is known to frequent London and Sarnia. Police say he was last seen in London on June 25, 2025.
