On Friday, June 27, Bravo released the first sneak preview of the upcoming three-part reunion of the hit reality series. Towards the first half of the trailer, host Andy Cohen tells Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Kelli Ferrell, Angela Oakley and Cynthia Bailey, that 'Brit Eady has decided not to join us.' The clip then cuts to a shocked Ferrell, 40, who says, 'Wow,' while another woman is heard in the background saying, 'What?' Eady's decision to skip the reunion followed PEOPLE's reporting on Thursday, June 5, that she and Kenya Moore would not be attending, Eady on her own volition, while Moore, 54, was not invited by Bravo to participate. Moore was the longest running RHOA star when season 16 began filming back in April 2024. But her time in the season was cut short in June 2024, after she exposed sexually explicit photos presumed to be from Eady's past to guests at the opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa. She was suspended — and after an internal investigation — exited the series. On the same day as the reunion taping, Thursday, June 5, Eady, 37, addressed her decision not to attend the reunion on her Instagram Stories, alleging that the photos Moore shared a year ago weren't of her to begin with. 'I do not know who was in that photo, but upon seeing it for the first time recently, I now know it was not me,' Eady continued in her statement. 'I look forward to seeking accountability and moving past this dark part of my life." During the reunion trailer, Williams, 44, seemingly acknowledges the incident and says, 'Kenya had gotten information from a current housewife about Brit's past.' Cohen, 57, then turns his attention to Ferrell and asks, 'Did you send her the pictures?' His question left Ferrell shocked and speechless. The trailer then cuts to other moments that tease tensions between Parks, 51, and Oakley, as well as Williams and Morton Mwangi, 43, which prompts Williams to leave the reunion set. Kenya Moore Reacts to RHOA All-Time Low Ratings After Phaedra Parks Returns
Fans were hoping that Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta would be a return to the good old days. Porsha Williams returned to claim her peach, and Shamea Morton stepped into the spotlight. However, Kenya Moore exited RHOA after allegedly showing images of co-star Brit Eady performing a sex act. It was just wrong on so many levels. Kenya retaliated after Brit allegedly said that she had a gun. So, Phaedra Parks returned for the second half of the season. Well, while some fans are enjoying the show, the ratings are telling a different tale. After Kenya twirled off the show, she hasn't been quiet about voicing her opinion. Her former friend, Cynthia Bailey, who confronted Kenya for showing the photos at her salon opening, has received plenty of shade. And now it looks like Phaedra, who has happily resumed her place on RHOA, is also a victim of the shade assassin. So, Bravo Ratings shared RHOA's ratings for Episode 12. It brought in 0.09 for the desirable 18-49 demographic. This was a series low for the peaches. And, of course, Kenya noticed. When The Bravo Shade Room shared the post on Instagram, Kenya liked it. She also added the double eye emoji to the comments. Yikes. Of course, this ratings slump could be due to many different factors. And Phaedra's return could still be positive for the show. As for Kenya's future on RHOA? While Cynthia is hoping that Kenya returns, it is unclear how Bravo and Kenya feel about it. 'Losing Kenya was hard for me because she's one of the best to ever do this reality TV thing. She's a phenomenal Housewife, and in time, I do think she will find her way back. Absolutely,' Cynthia stated. The Real Housewives of Atlanta continues on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo and on Hayu in the UK and Ireland. TELL US – WHY DO YOU THINK RHOA'S RATINGS ARE DOWN? SHOULD KENYA BE GIVEN A SECOND CHANCE? The post Kenya Moore Reacts to RHOA All-Time Low Ratings After Phaedra Parks Returns appeared first on Reality Tea.

The suit is centered around a moment which aired in April on episode five of the current season 16 as it featured the moment when Kenya Moore reportedly showed explicit posters of castmate Brit Eady allegedly performing oral sex amidst filming in June 2024 as she has since claimed that it wasn't her in the images. Moore was then suspended 'indefinitely' from the series. However, she had stated that she was 'not going anywhere' and also called out the network for being a 'toxic environment.' In addition to Bravo and NBC production companies for RHOA, Truly Original and Endemol Shine North America, are named in the lawsuit as the castmember alleges defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false light and sexual harassment and hostile work environment. has reached out to representatives for Bravo, Eady, Moore, Endemol Shine North America and Truly Original for comment and have yet to hear back. In the legal notice, Eady calls Moore's statements about her 'false, defamatory, harassing and damaging.' Eady also claims that the explicit images are not of herself and that she 'did not see the explicit photograph until after certain of these events were aired on Bravo nearly a year late.' The filing reads: 'Defendants willfully, intentionally, recklessly, and/or with gross negligence produced, edited, and aired an episode of RHOA on April 6, 2025 that included footage of certain of the cast member's statements at issue as well as commentary from other cast members that described the photographs displayed. 'Further, the manner in which the episode was aired falsely yet unmistakably implied that the graphic sexual photograph presented by the cast member depicted [Eady]. 'On information and belief, Defendants knew that the photograph did not depict [Eady], or, at the least, were reckless or grossly negligent in failing to learn that the photograph did not depict [Eady].' Eady also went on to allege that she had attempted to see the photo before the episode had aired but Bravo had 'refused' to show it to her. According to the filing: 'By the way of foregoing, Defendants contributed to the hostile work environment for [Eady] and sexually harassed Plaintiff by subjecting [Eady] to unwelcome, offensive, and sexualized behavior and comments based on her gender by requiring her to continue working in an environment in which she had been subject to a gendered attack, creating an inferior condition or privilege of employment because of her gender.' It also reads that if the defendants 'fail to appear,' Eady asked that a judgement be issued for 'the sum of not less than $20 million, with interest, and the costs and fees of this action.' The lawsuit was filed on the same day that the season 16 reunion was filmed which was thrown into chaos as Eady and Moore were not on set. Moore jumped to X to issue a statement to her followers and expressed she was 'disappointed' to not take part in the reunion while also issuing an apology. 'I'm disappointed to not be a part of the #RHOA 16 reunion taping today,' the TV personality began. 'Please know I take full accountability for my actions and deeply apologize to all those affected including Brittney, the cast, crew, guests and viewers.' The reality star then seemingly teased a possible return to the show by adding, 'I look forward to seeing you all back on Bravo soon.' Eady - who was also absent from the reunion taping - issued a statement of her own on her Instagram stories on Thursday. Brit confirmed that she was not making an appearance in the reunion - but also claimed that she was actually not in the explicit posters that Moore had shown. 'As everyone is now aware, I'm not attending the Reunion. This was my decision. The events of this season have devastated me.' She continued, 'And while I cannot say much right now, I do want to set the record straight about one thing: the graphic sexual photo surrounding the events in Episode 5. That photo was not me. Eady explained that she initially did not see the picture and was simply 'made aware' of the image being showcased at Moore's hair salon event. Brit wrote that 'based on what I was told, assumed that it was somehow a photo of me - which is why I reacted in the way that I did. Brit confirmed that she was not making an appearance in the reunion - but also claimed that she was actually not in the explicit posters that Moore had shown 'I do not know who was in that photo, but upon seeing it for the first time recently, I now know it was not me. I look forward to seeking accountability and moving past this dark part of my life. - Brit.' Sources informed TMZ that Bravo had wanted to film a one-on-one interview with Moore and Andy Cohen - which ended up not taking place. A separate insider told People that Eady chose to not attend the reunion taping while Moore was 'not invited.' Back in April, an episode titled About Last Night during the 16th season featured the moment when Moore had presented explicit photos which allegedly showed Eady performing oral sex. A message from the production appeared during the episode which read: 'Based on Kenya's behavior, the decision was made to cease filming with her this season.' The RHOA fan account @atlanta_housewives posted the message to Instagram and fans rallied behind Moore, with some calling her exit from the season 'unfair.' Eady had been feuding with Kenya since joining the reality series. In the episode leading up to the scene in question, Brittany seemingly threatened Moore not long after a group dinner. 'I don't play them games, I got whips, pistols, everything,' she had said at the time. The RHOA fan account @atlanta_housewives posted the message to Instagram and fans rallied behind Moore, with some calling her exit from the season 'unfair' In response while leaving the dinner, Kenya expressed: 'She talking about guns, she was talking about, "I still got my pistol on me." This girl is a problem. She gotta go, she gotta go for real, for real. Please let her do something to me, so she can go!' And during the specific episode of the incident, Moore celebrated the grand opening of her hair spa and some other cast members stopped by to help celebrate the big milestone. Eady also showed up with flowers as an apology for starting up a feud earlier in the season. However, Kenya notably did not accept the peace offering and said that Brittany was only using the situation for a 'moment' and insinuated the apology was not genuine. Moore then showed an explicit poster board at the event that allegedly showed Eady performing oral sex. The cast was left shocked over the move and Porsha Williams stepped out of the shop and stated, 'I want to just take my mic off. You can just act like I was never at this event.' The episode officially concluded with the message from the production that a decision had been that Moore would not film the rest of the season. The incident was first revealed last year in June when Kenya was suspended 'indefinitely' from RHOA following claims that she shared adult images of Eady - which she denied doing at the time. She took to her Instagram stories and wrote, 'Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. The truth always comes to light.' And in a separate post, Moore penned on X: 'I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images, nor solicited images owned by others to use or threaten or blackmail. 'I have always been vindicated. I can't talk about STORY even with people planting fake news.' Eady also shared a statement on Instagram that read, 'It's never a good feeling being targeted or HAZED by someone I thought would embrace me into a new circle, that I never met. 'For the record, I've never once had possession of any weapons or threatened anyone ever. I am hurt by the narrative that's being displayed. Wrong is wrong.' After her suspension was confirmed, Moore called out Bravo for being a 'toxic environment.' And in a separate post, Moore penned on X: 'I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images, nor solicited images owned by others to use or threaten or blackmail' She further shut down the claims on Instagram and revealed she has 'proof' for her defense. RHOA star Kelli Ferrell offered her thoughts about Moore's firing during an exclusive interview with last month in May. '[It was] surprising for everybody. I mean, who would've thought that that would be our final time in filming. 'I just felt like it was so many other things that we had left to discuss and talk about and connect on,' Ferrell added. 'I mean it's unfortunate. I think [for] all parties, it's just unfortunate.' Kelli also revealed she still will message Moore 'from time to time' and added, 'I love Kenya. I think Kenya is so amazing. I think she's such a boss. Me and Kenya had so many amazing things in common and I really wish her well. I really do.' Also in April, Moore took to her YouTube channel to address the 'revenge porn' incident and issued an apology; Kenya seen in 2024 in Atlanta The reality star also expressed that she 'hopes' Kenya can return to the Real Housewives franchise. 'I mean, Kenny and I had so many amazing moments together and I hope that we could film together again soon.' Also in April, Moore took to her YouTube channel to address the 'revenge porn' incident and issued an apology. 'It was wrong. I should not have done it at my salon I worked so hard for. I am very sorry that I shared the photos because it wasn't right. I did not break the law, and I'm very sorry for what I did...'

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Brit Eady sues Bravo over explicit photo
Brit Eady is taking Bravo to court over the explicit photo incident that prompted Kenya Moore's exit from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." Eady has filed a $20 million lawsuit against Bravo, NBC and the production companies Truly Original and Endemol Shine North America, accusing the defendants of defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false light, sexual harassment and hostile work environment. USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Bravo, NBCUniversal and Eady for comment. The lawsuit centers around an incident featured in an April episode of the reality show in which Moore revealed explicit photos, supposedly of Eady, on poster boards. The moment resulted in Moore being removed from the show, and the episode ended with a disclaimer that "based on Kenya's behavior, the decision was made to cease filming with her this season." 'Real Housewives of Atlanta': Reality show airs Kenya Moore's explicit photo incident that led to exit Eady says that the photos were not of her but that the episode falsely suggested they were. "The manner in which the episode was aired falsely yet unmistakably implied that the graphic sexual photograph presented by the cast member depicted (Eady)," the lawsuit said. "On information and belief, defendants knew that the photograph did not depict (Eady), or, at the least, were reckless or grossly negligent in failing to learn that the photograph did not depict (Eady). The lawsuit also alleged that the network refused to show Eady the photo before the episode aired. She accused the defendants of contributing to a "hostile work environment" and subjecting her to "unwelcome, offensive, and sexualized behavior and comments based on her gender by requiring her to continue working in an environment in which she had been subject to a gendered attack, creating an inferior condition or privilege of employment because of her gender." The suit calls for the episode to be removed from public platforms. Kenya Moore suspended indefinitely: She's off 'Real Housewives' amid 'revenge porn' allegations The same day that Eady's lawsuit was filed, Moore confirmed on X that she would not be taking part in a "Real Housewives of Atlanta" reunion taping happening on June 5. "Please know I take full accountability for my actions and deeply apologize to all those affected including Brittney, the cast, crew, guests and viewers," she said. "I look forward to seeing you all back on Bravo soon." Contributing: Taijuan Moorman This article originally appeared on USA TODAY: Brit Eady sues Bravo over 'RHOA' explicit photo incident
