Civil Service Minister inspects work at Yemen Standards, Metrology, & Quality Control Authority Labs
Sana'a - Saba: Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, inspected the workflow in the laboratories of the Yemeni Standards, Metrology, and Quality Control Authority on Monday. During the visit, the Minister was briefed by Sam Al-Bashiri, the Executive Director of the Authority, on the work and tasks carried out in the testing departments for various goods and commodities. The explanation included the necessary testing procedures to ensure compliance with approved standard specifications, which contribute to health and environmental protection while supporting the national economy. The Minister of Civil Service praised the level of performance at the Authority and the development of services provided through the "Tasheel" e-services portal. He expressed satisfaction with the qualitative and dynamic activity witnessed during the visit, highlighting the direct link between the Authority's work and citizens' health and safety by ensuring the integrity of all purchased materials—whether food or industrial—and their compliance with approved standards and specifications. Meanwhile, the Executive Director of the Authority reviewed the Authority's efforts in enhancing the work environment, task performance, and efficiently achieving objectives to safeguard public health and safety, protect the environment, and support the national economy. He affirmed that the Authority is working to improve secure infrastructure despite the challenges it faces and the limited available space. He noted that the Authority aims to implement expansion projects to develop its work, particularly in testing and inspecting all materials, commending the government's support for the Authority's plans and programs. Sana'a meeting discusses draft for administrative & institutional development of national institute of administrative sciences
Sana'a - Saba: A meeting chaired by the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Institute of Administrative Sciences (NIAS), discussed the draft document for the administrative and institutional development of the institute. The meeting was attended by the Dean of NIAS, Dr. Mohammed Al-Qatabari, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service for Monitoring Affairs, Abdullah Haydar, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance for Budget Affairs, Fuad Al-Kumaim, and the Assistant Undersecretary for Budget Affairs, Abduljalil Al-Dar. Discussions focused on arrangements for implementing the training and qualification program matrix for administrative leaders in the state, as well as funding sources. Later, the Minister of Civil Service, along with the Dean of the Institute and Undersecretaries Haydar, Al-Kumaim, and Al-Dar, inspected the ongoing rehabilitation and maintenance work of NIAS's educational and training halls, corridors, facilities, and courtyard. They also reviewed preparations for launching the National E-Training Platform and the progress of the training program for Civil Service Ministry staff in the International Computer Driving License (ICDL), held at the institute. Al-Quds Summer Center Activities Conclude
Sana'a (Saba) - The activities of the fourth Al-Quds Summer Center for the children and relatives of leaders and employees of the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development and its units concluded in Sana'a today. At the conclusion, Minister of Civil Service Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali emphasized the importance of establishing this summer center, where students received beneficial knowledge over more than six weeks, primarily memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran and Quranic culture, in addition to cultural, sports, and recreational activities. Civil Service Minister congratulates Revolution Leader & President of Political Council on Ramadan occasion
Sana'a - Saba: The Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, sent a cable of congratulations to the Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the Head of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. The Civil Service Minister, on behalf of himself and on behalf of the employees of the Ministry and its affiliated units, expressed the highest congratulations and blessings to the Revolution Leader , the President and members of the Political Council on this solemn religious occasion. He pointed out that the month of Ramadan represents a spiritual value and a religious ritual that has a great place for the Yemeni people in particular and the Islamic peoples in general. The Service Minister pointed out that the month of Ramadan comes at a time when Yemen is witnessing great victories and achievements in various fields, noting the honorable historical position taken by Yemenis under their wise leadership in support of the Palestinians against the forces of global oppression.
