Youth and elders: Al Hamriyah community connection
Affectionate atmosphere Participants exchanged spontaneous conversations with senior citizens, listening to their stories and life experiences in an atmosphere of affection and respect. Participants expressed their appreciation for what these parents have contributed to the nation and society, highlighting the importance of being part of a society that values the elderly and maintains kinship ties, a vivid embodiment of the values of compassion and solidarity. The day's activities also included three workshops to enhance community awareness among participants. "Social Leader" workshop Participants benefited from the "Social Leader" workshop as part of the Khalifa Empowerment Programme. Aisha Al Awadhi presented "Let's Create a Better Society," followed by "You + You = Society," presented by Samah Hakimi. Strengthening young people role in society Mr. Issa bin Rukun, Board Member of Al Hamriyah Club and Chairman of the Cultural and Community Committee, said that the visit to the elderly care home comes within the framework of the club's commitment to instilling the values of communication and loyalty in the hearts of young people, noting that it contributes to strengthening the roles of young people in society.

Drive for high school graduate children of UAE martyrs launched
The Office of Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs and Khalifa Empowerment Programme (Aqdar) have launched the "Future Journey' initiative designed to guide the children of martyrs into successful future career paths. The initiative includes training workshops, educational sessions, and interactive and cultural tours that enable informed career decisions. Running until 17th July, the initiative is hosted in several entities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including the Police College Abu Dhabi, Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, Wahat Al Karama, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre, Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation, Dubai Future Foundation and the Museum of the Future. The initiative will also develop students' leadership skills through sessions on discipline and self-confidence and will deepen their understanding of the applications for artificial intelligence in work and academic environments, while also introducing public sector innovation concepts and tools. It also reflects the UAE's enduring commitment to supporting the children of its martyrs and empowering them to contribute meaningfully to the nation's future. WAM
