Bahraini Leaders Engage in Diplomatic and Cultural Initiatives
Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on events that happened over the past 24 hours. According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister actively engaged with the community by visiting Ramadan majlises across the Kingdom, highlighting his commitment to maintaining strong connections with citizens during the holy month. In diplomatic developments, the Interior Minister received the Hungarian Ambassador, while the National Guard Commander met with Pakistan's Air Staff Chief and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman, reinforcing Bahrain's international relations. Additionally, the Justice Minister held discussions with the Bangladeshi Ambassador, reflecting Bahrain's ongoing diplomatic engagements. Cultural and educational initiatives also took center stage. Shaikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Khalifa honored winners of the third Ramadhan football and padel championship, while the HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Quran Award for women concluded, showcasing Bahrain's dedication to cu ltural and religious activities. The Education Minister met with both the RHF Secretary General and the Winners Football Club President to discuss educational advancements. The Youth Minister took steps to support Bahraini youth by discussing cooperation with ambassadors. In line with HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister's directives, the Jaffari Endowments Chairman opened Al Watiya Mosque in Zinj, further emphasizing Bahrain's commitment to religious and cultural development. Internationally, the iGA participated in the 56th United Nations Statistical Commission Session, and Bahrain's collaboration with the Louvre Abu Dhabi highlighted Bahraini artefacts. Bahraini fashion designers joined a Tamkeen-backed training programme with ESMOD Dubai, demonstrating Bahrain's support for creative industries. The NIHR and SCW participated in significant international meetings, reflecting Bahrain's active role in global discussions on human rights and women's status. The nation also celebrated Gulf Nursing Day, emphasiz ing the importance of healthcare professionals.

Quran award for women concludes
Al Noor Charity Welfare Society held the closing ceremony for the women's category of the fifth edition of the His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Quran Award. The event was attended by Her Highness Shaikha Lulwa bint Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Honorary President of Al Noor Charity Welfare Society. Shaikha Lamia bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, President of Al Noor Charity Welfare Society and Chairperson of the Permanent Committee for the Award, delivered a speech in which she commended HH Shaikha Lulwa bint Khalifa for her initiative in establishing and supporting the award, in honour of the late His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
