Harry Styles makes out with mystery woman at Glastonbury festival in steamy video

Maybe it tasted like strawberries on a summer evening. Harry Styles was seen passionately making out with a mystery woman at the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, England, early Saturday morning. The 'Watermelon Sugar' singer locked lips with the brunette beauty, whom the Sun identified as Ella Kennedy, while moving to the music in a VIP section, according to a video obtained by the outlet. 'Harry only had eyes for this woman and sparks were flying as soon as they were together,' a source told the outlet in an article published Monday. The former One Direction band member, 31, reportedly showed up to the gig in the wee hours of the morning with a few of his friends. 'But as soon as she got there, they were almost inseparable,' the source said. The bold lady allegedly kissed Styles three times on the cheek before he took her hand and walked her to the dancefloor. 'Just short of an hour after they arrived, they kissed in front of loads of other people and didn't seem to care who was watching,' the onlooker said. The source said that she and Styles were clearly not strangers. 'They both looked like they were having a brilliant time and appeared to have known each other for a while, as they were very familiar,' the source said. Styles reportedly arrived at the concert with friends, including producer Kid Harpoon, at around 1:45 a.m., while the woman entered the scene moments after. Their headline-making kiss lasted at least 12 seconds. Styles is back on the dating scene after his breakup with Taylor Russell. Page Six confirmed in May 2024 that he and Russell ended things after a year of dating. They 'went through a rough patch' after their Japan vacation in April of that year, an insider told the Sun at the time. This past March, the 'Bones and All' actress, 30, sparked dating rumors with Michael B. Jordan after they were seen strolling the streets of London. At the time, Deadline reported that they would both be starring in the movie, 'The Thomas Crown Affair.' Prior to Styles' romance with Russell, the 'Don't Worry Darling' actor dated director Olivia Wilde for two years before splitting in November 2022. The 'Adore You' artist has quite the star-studded dating roster — having previously been linked to Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner and Camille Rowe. Styles' rep did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment.

David Byrne announces new album 'Who Is the Sky?', unveils 2025 world tour plans

David Byrne has revealed details of his first new solo album in six years. Titled 'Who Is the Sky?', the album is set to be released on September 5 through Matador Records. This marks Byrne's return to recording since his critically acclaimed American Utopia in 2018. The album was produced by Grammy-winning producer Kid Harpoon, best known for his work with Harry Styles and Miley Cyrus. It features 12 songs arranged by the New York-based chamber group Ghost Train Orchestra. Special guest appearances include St. Vincent, Hayley Williams of Paramore, and The Smile's drummer Tom Skinner. The first single, 'Everybody Laughs,' is already available along with its official video directed by multimedia artist Gabriel Barcia-Colombo. Speaking about the track, Byrne said, 'I often use the word 'everybody' to reflect life in New York. Everybody laughs, cries, and stares at the ceiling. The song touches on these things in a way that still feels uplifting.' Producer Kid Harpoon added, 'It took time to realise how personal these songs are. David has a unique way of seeing the world, and it comes through in every track.' Byrne will also return to the stage with a new live show to support the album. The touring group includes 13 performers – musicians, singers, and dancers – many of whom were part of the celebrated 'American Utopia' show that toured globally and was adapted for Broadway and HBO by Spike Lee. The North American tour kicks off in September, followed by dates in Australia and New Zealand in January 2026, and a European and UK leg starting the following month.

Talking Heads star David Byrne to play Dublin next year

Former Talking Heads front man David Byrne has announced the release of his new album and a world tour which includes a date in the 3Arena in Dublin next March. Who Is The Sky? Will be released on 5 September and is a collaboration with producer Kid Harpoon and Ghost Train Orchestra and features vocals from Paramore's Hayley Williams, The Smile drummer Tom Skinner, and St. Vincent. The news follows the release of the first official video for Talking Heads classic Psycho Killer starring Irish actress Saoirse Ronan. Byrne has also released Everybody Laughs, the first single from the album and he will play the 3Arena on 13 March 2025 with tickets, priced from €61.85 to €128.25, go on sale this Friday. His touring band will comprise 13 musicians, singers and dancers, including members of the American Utopia band, all of whom will be mobile throughout the set. Who Is the Sky? is Byrne's first new album since 2018's acclaimed American Utopia and was produced by the Grammy-winning Kid Harpoon, who recently worked with Irish band Inhaler and has previously worked with Harry Styles and Miley Cyrus. The 12 songs on the album were arranged by the members of New York-based chamber ensemble Ghost Train Orchestra. Speaking about Everybody Laughs, Byrne said, "Someone I know said, 'David, you use the word "everybody" a lot.' I suppose I do that to give an anthropological view of life in New York as we know it. "Everybody lives, dies, laughs, cries, sleeps and stares at the ceiling. Everybody's wearing everybody else's shoes, which not everybody does, but I have done. "I tried to sing about these things that could be seen as negative in a way balanced by an uplifting feeling from the groove and the melody, especially at the end, when St. Vincent and I are doing a lot of hollering and singing together. Music can do that - hold opposites simultaneously. I realized that when singing with Robyn earlier this year. Her songs are often sad, but the music is joyous." The full track list for Who Is the Sky? is: Everybody Laughs, When We Are Singing, My Apartment Is My Friend, A Door Called No, What Is the Reason for It?, I Met the Buddha at a Downtown Party, Don't Be Like That, The Avant Garde, Moisturizing Thing, I'm an Outsider, She Explains Things to Me, The Truth.
