While most were excited about the attendance, some netizens were quick to accuse the BTS rapper of 'copying' G-Dragon's style. A video of the idol taken by a fan had gone viral online after he was seen entering and exiting a popular luxury brand's headquarters. While covered in bling head to toe, most fans were delighted to see the idol's new style. The video, however, earned a lot of criticism after fans of G-Dragon called him out, saying that the new style was a direct copy of what the BIGBANG member has been doing for years. Some fans couldn't help but jokingly remark that J-Hope exuded "Rich man vibes" in the video, likely referencing the glimpse of his luxurious home. The song, featuring rapper GloRilla, marks J-hope's highest solo ranking yet in the United States and cements his growing global impact outside the group. Billboard confirmed on June 24 that the track also topped the Digital Song Sales chart, making it the best-selling track in the U.S. that week. It debuted at No. 2 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 3 on the Global 200, adding to its impressive debut week. Killin' It Girl also landed J-hope a re-entry into the Artist 100 at No. 52, his 16th week on that chart as a soloist. J-Hope of BTS hit Billboard's Hot 100 at No. 40 with solo single 'Killin' It Girl (feat. GloRilla),' according to the chart published on Tuesday in the US. It is his eighth solo endeavor to enter the main songs chart, the most for a K-pop solo musician. It also landed the artist his highest spot yet, surpassing his 2023 release 'On the Street (with J. Cole),' which claimed No. 60. All three of the singles J-Hope has dropped this year made the Hot 100 chart: 'Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)' ranked No. 66 and 'Mona Lisa' No. 65. 'Killin' It Girl,' the last installment in his singles project, notched the top spot on Billboard's Digital Song Sales chart and made the top five on both the Global excl. US and Global 20 charts. It also entered the UK Official Singles Top 100 at No. 30, another career-high for him.
