The daughter of acclaimed television actress Shweta Tiwari, Palak is not only known for her fashion-forward appearances but also for her friendly interactions with the paparazzi. Recently, she was spotted ahead of a movie premiere with her close friends, and as always, her camaraderie and style turned heads. In a video shared on Instagram, Palak is seen walking into a movie theatre alongside her BFFs when she's greeted by the paparazzi. Engaging with them in her usual cheerful manner, one of the photographers playfully asked, 'Palak ji, kya order kar rahe ho?" ('What are you ordering?"). With a smile, she simply replied, 'Food," before turning the question around: 'Aaplog kya kha rahe ho?" ('What are you people having?"). 'Bigg Boss' star arrested in UAE for alleged theft: Who is boxer-singer Abdu Rozik?
Tajikistani singer and internet personality Abdu Rozik found himself in legal trouble in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) over the weekend. As per reports published by Khaleej Times, Rozik was taken into custody early Saturday morning by UAE authorities on accusations of theft. The management firm representing Rozik confirmed the incident in a formal communication shared with the publication. Details Around the Incident According to information disclosed, Rozik was intercepted and detained by law enforcement officials at approximately 5 AM shortly after his flight landed at Dubai International Airport. He had arrived in the country from Montenegro. Despite confirming the detention, the management company chose not to elaborate on the details of the alleged offense. The nature of the complaint or the evidence behind the accusation has not been made public. Furthermore, UAE authorities have not yet released any formal statement addressing the circumstances surrounding the incident. A spokesperson from Rozik's management firm acknowledged to Khaleej Times that they were informed of his detention based on accusations related to theft. However, they refrained from providing any further insight. In contrast, a report by India Today cited a statement from S-Line Project, the firm that handles Rozik's professional affairs, claiming that the singer had merely been held for questioning and was not formally arrested. They emphasized that Rozik had cooperated with the police, provided his clarification, and was subsequently released. He is reportedly scheduled to attend an award function in Dubai later the same day. Previous Controversies This isn't the first time Abdu Rozik has found himself at the center of controversy. In 2023, Indian authorities questioned him during a money laundering investigation involving a hospitality company. The case was handled by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Although Rozik was interrogated in connection with the probe, he was not listed as an official suspect. Background and Rise to Fame Born on September 23, 2003, as Abdurozik Savriqul Muhammadroziqi, the young talent from Tajikistan has made a name for himself as a singer, boxer, and influencer. Despite facing financial hardships in his early life, he has managed to build a substantial fan base and now resides in Dubai. His medical history reveals that he suffers from dwarfism, a condition resulting from a deficiency of growth hormone. While this could have been treated during his childhood, his family's financial constraints prevented access to the necessary medical care. Growing up in poverty, Rozik often missed out on formal education. He began performing on the streets and in local markets of Panjakent, Tajikistan, to earn a livelihood. His big break came in 2022 when he appeared on the Indian reality show Bigg Boss 16. Before that, he featured in the Bollywood film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. In 2023, he made a guest appearance on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, and he is currently competing in Laughter Chefs—Unlimited Entertainment on Colors TV.

Palak Tiwari on debuting with Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan: I didn't want to be the center of attention
Three films old in the industry, Palak Tiwari calls it her good fortune that she got to work with two of the biggest stars of Bollywood—Salman Khan in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Sanjay Dutt in her last release The Bhootnii. 'I feel very blessed,' she says, adding, 'It's a great story to tell my grandkids if I ever have them someday, that 'You know these super duper stars Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan, I have actually done films with them'.' Palak Tiwari(Photo: Instagram) While her debut was a Salman film, it didn't perform well at the box office, and even Palak Tiwari had quite a menial role in it. In retrospect, does she feel it was the right move to start her acting journey with that film? 'That debut was exactly what I'd hoped for. In my first film, I didn't want to be the centre of attention as I just wanted to learn. And what better way to learn with Salman sir being kind enough to bear the burden on his shoulders. We just got to be there on set as actors and understand what it's like to truly be a professional. That's exactly what a first film should be—an experience,' she responds. Being a Gen-z actor, Palak has lived her life in the social media era, and being a public figure, seen the bad side of it too. While most people consider online trolling a curse, the actor has a different perspective. 'The best part is that it fortifies you. It makes you okay with all the places that you lack in as it makes you open to criticism. Abhi aisa koi insan nahin hai jo mujhe aake aisa kuch bol sakta hai that can offend me. I dare you,' she quips, adding, 'You can never make me cry and that goes with all actors of our generation. We aren't affected by anything mean said to us because we have heard worse already.' But navigating the industry as a Gen-z actor has become challenging, Palak admits. She says, 'It has become challenging because our audience has evolved, and they've become more critical. They are now more aware of what is good cinema, and they have high expectations. It is true, the pressure is higher, but now, if you earn somebody's reverence, you know they mean it. That's an accolade that you want to work towards.' But how does she deal with the uncertainty of work while ensuring to make a name for herself? 'The uncertainty has always been there. Hopefully, the audience is able to separate you from just a mathematical figure. But at times, you need to do it for yourself too. You must make yourself believe that you are not a math figure, you are just a person trying to do your job. The numbers will always be there, but I can't let them dehumanise me or my craft,' she ends.
