Baking is one of my favorite ways to unwind, but it would be a lot less relaxing if I didn't have my KitchenAid stand mixer. It's one of the few kitchen tools that comes in handy for almost every recipe, and I know I can count on it to mix my ingredients evenly, whether I'm making cookie dough or cake batter.
