Is it a cutting board or a serving tray? That depends on what you want it to be. It's made from American black walnut wood and designed to flip over and go from a cutting board to a serving platter. We also like its sleek look and the fact that this space-saving kitchen essential is designed so it stands to dry and/or store easily on the counter or in a cupboard.
